i always trust maruti compare to any other brand for price under 6lakh.. i have tried hyundai and other brands. unless the car is driven mainly (90%) by single driver, thne hyundai and tat is good. but no match for maruti n terms of service and maintenance. for stero, either pioneer or sony.. and now USB is must and i think you get USB by defualt. speakers, i always use pioneer even with sony stereo... now many models have bluetooth in built, so you connect yr phone also..

RIM Shows Off New BlackBerry 6 Features Source RIM first showed off BlackBerry 6 at its conference in April. BlackBerry 6 is the smartphone maker's forthcoming overhaul to the BlackBerry operating system. A heavily revised user interface and new features are what RIM needs badly to keep up with Apple and Google, both of which have set the pace for mobile innovation. BlackBerry 6 looks like it will please most, though probably doesn't revise enough to make everyone happy. The video demonstration shows off some of the new features that will be part of BlackBerry 6. The first is a drastically redesigned home screen. Some of the most notable improvements include improved notifications. The new notifications clearly displays new emails, missed calls/voicemails, and upcoming calendar entries. The email application has also been refreshed and looks like it includes much better multimedia support, such as embedded photos. he video also shows a new universal search tool, which will allow users to search through the contents of their phone much faster. Another new application is the Social Feed, which will collect news and social networking updates and pile them all in one spot. The most exciting change is the brand new BlackBerry Browser, which is based on Apple's WebKit technology. According to what RIM shows in the video, it supports pinch-to-zoom gestures, and looks really sharp. BlackBerries have long needed a revised Web browser. Hopefully this new browser will work in devices running older versions of the BlackBerry OS. Context-sensitive pop-up menus are another welcome addition. Rather than rely on BlackBerry's tried-and-true menu architecture for navigating, the new operating system provides menus that appear when you want to take certain actions, such as responding to an email, or saving a photo. The multimedia applications have been overhauled from the ground up. The music player has richer icons and graphics, and looks like it will be much better to interact with. The photo gallery app has similarly been re-realized. The demonstration showed how a call comes in and allows user to seamlessly switch from other tasks to accepting the call and returning to those tasks. Speaking of tasks, the demo shows what looks to be a task switcher of sorts, which should let users move more easily from app to app and task to task. The user interface has obviously been built to support touch devices. The on-screen software QWERTY keyboard looks different from what's available on the Storm/Storm2. RIM also showed how its SMS/MMS app has been refreshed, giving threaded conversations a much more appealing look. RIM has yet to say when BlackBerry 6 will actually launch, but it is expected no later than September 30th. Here are the two videos for you to enjoy.

Plus code dialing is not working. 3. voice commands not working there are cabs available but you need to dig them out.. though is fast but then lacks basics..

When you go through Settings - Personal - Phone, and in there Services tab, there are a couple of options. Plus Code Dialing is one of them. Is it off? You might wanna turn it off if it is on. That should resolve the problem. Also Automatic Prepend option should be turned off. tried it no luck.. in fact i dont know the reason, its not working.. have installed Hp reliance setting cabs? some1 suggested to use magicall, but dont know how to use??

nokia had opted out of cdma due to some patent fee issue with cdma.. hence they sell only in US where no patent fee is applicable. somehow i don't like nokia interface. its same old stuff and common on every phone, whether u buy instrument for 5k or 25k.. interface is same. -

Droid 2 coming next month, first to get native Android 2.2 Source... Just a few weeks after the Droid X raked in huge sales, selling out all over the country, the Droid 2 will be hitting stores even though we still don't have that many official details on the newest Verizon device. It may be confusing to some, but Motorola was working on two successors to its successful Droid phone - the Droid X, which launched earlier this month, and the Droid 2. According to PC World, the Droid 2 is likely to be the first Android handset to come pre-installed with Android 2.2, the latest version of the mobile operating system that still has not been made available to the vast majority of Android phone owners. Leaked pictures online, like the one above from Droid Life, show that the Droid 2 looks very similar to the original Droid, unlike the X which has a completely different form factor. However, the technical specs are souped up, with a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, and 8 GB of internal memory. That gives it the correct specifications to be eligible for the next-gen version of Android, 3.0, which should be available next year. Other features of the new Droid include Motorola's MotoBlur "skin," which replaces the standard look of Android with a customized interface designed to easily get the latest news from Facebook, recent text messages, and local information from the main menu. Meanwhile, the original Droid and the Droid X should be getting their upgrades to Android 2.2 next month as well, in addition to HTC's Evo 4G, Samsung's Galaxy S series of phones, and other handsets. The Droid 2 will cost around $200 with a new service agreement, according to media reports.
