Never trust customer service guys.....its strange that this guy is giving the price range whereas he should have been giving the exact price if it was actually available...

Reliance has done the most irritating thing by putting the phone on the website and not making it available. Forget availability, they themselves dont even have the correct information. Webworld guys across city differ, customer care differs and even employees I know have different views. There is something terribly wrong with the system there and we are made to suffer due to that system. It would have been great if Reliance would have publicly announced the safe far away date and then introduced it any day before that day. Its unnecessary driving us all crazy on this forum. I suggest that lets not post any updates on the phone and only post when anyone has a phone in Hand.

Even I have got an indication from my dealer that it will come at 16500 initially and will settle at 15900 in 3 weeks time

I am definitly going to buy one and I was mentally prepared to pay 17k for the handset and it seems that it will be lower than this so I am surely going to have it. I have been chasing my dealer from last 1 month now and I call him 3 times a day to track the progress. My dealer is saying that whenever 1st ever shipment is released, he will get 1 for me for sure.

I have been told by my dealer to wait till wednesday now as Nokia is still taking time to make it available everywhere. But shipments were out yday night so it should be available with some big nokia dealers or webworlds. Anyways it would be available everywhere by friday as supplies are in good number.

I am sure nobody would have forced you to join Reliance Mobile. Well we all were aware of the limitations of not being able to change handsets like GSM but then it was the decision keeping in mind pros and cons of GSM services as well. Who is stopping you to opt out of Reliance now. Please go ahead & do it!!!

My dealer just now told me to wait till tuesday now. I have now started doubting if its actaully coming. But he has reassured me that its coming and very few pieces are available so its being released only on pre-orders. I wish he is not wrong this time!!!

Well nobody has got the instrument in hand so till then lets not be very happy. Though my dealer (SDR Telecom in Mumbai) has also promised to give this to me by monday but then again until I get it I am not going to believe anyone.

My sister works for Reliance ADA Group and let me tell you guys that ADA has been using 6265 from last 1 month now. He has now switched to a Blackberry device. But 6265 will not be released this week. Reliance wants to enable it for their new CDMA Sim card which led to its delay. All the stocks are lying with the Nokia distributors but Reliance has not given the go ahead due to some internal reasons. 12th July is the date when it was earlier approved by Reliance Comm to make it available in the market but now due to some internal reason it might get delayed further by 2-3 days. But all said and done it should be on the stores by 15th July.
