No doubt Rconnect is good, But the problem at the service. I was seriousll planning to change my ISP just because of thebitter experiences i had with Rconnect this past month. The actual download speed was around 0.2-0.3kbps. i was forced to refresh every page atleast 6-7 times to view it. This continues for 16 days inthe past month. And there was no one to help me out untill i sent emails to chairman's office. So my point is that Rconnect is a good service in itself. But when it comes to customer care and after sales service.......thats the part needed to be improved.

Every sim card has a numer(i dont mean the mobile number but the SIM number) . its printed on the sim itself. Call Airtel customer care tell them ur sim card number and they will give u ur mobile number. Thats it

Well it can happen if the one who sent that message is no longer a member at Rimweb. Has ne account been deleted? i dont think the ne forums delete users they just BAN the user(usually). So that should not be case here. Am not sure about the members who havent validated. but as far as i remember the non validated mebers can send PM's(i remember recieving one) but then u can not reply to them because they are not authorised u recieve PM's(faced this one) But i think the member name will still be shown in the PM if the member belongs to the validating grp.

Solved for me too.....and if this happens next time(in near future).......i will seriously think about going back to other ISP's.....Value for money is something i always look for and if they cant provide good service or atleast better customer care whats the use of staying with them? Am eagerly waiting for Airtel Broadband to be launched here in Punjab. It has been the same case with me since past 3 days..... just feel like kickin' someone's (__I__) but ALAS! cant do a thing about it . I guess thats bcz the stats which show 197 users with id's is not IPB's default stat and Rimweb installed some mod for that stats so those stats are of the days after that mod/hack was installed. Where as the other stats are since rimweb was launched (thats just what i think about those stats )

well i dont think u have to say that its "NEEDED" but when u are using a platform like rimweb(and wheni say rimweb i mean the only one with so much and good discussion about reliance) u gotta be careful at times. Well news are not copyrighted if its not mentions at the source u got the news from but if u copy it word to word then u SHOULD mention ur sources. And never heard or read ne news agency sueing neone bcz they copied there news and pasted that on some site.... after all a news is to be spread then only it becomes the news
