Well reliance is a "Vardan" for hackers reasons: 1. use fake doucments 2. dynamic IP 3. anytime anywhere 4. bill payment is optional so just try try and try to hack never think abt bill 5. when outgings barred then they will change it into prepaid automatically then you can use it for incomming 6. if you need more then apply for another one AND MANY MORE........ But I don't think you'll do it
