hey everybody guess wht am posting from relmob wrld wow. is server ko bhi tabhi band hona tha lol. so its working now though it gives ascess denied for many sites. but this is good . tell me bout sum working I'm programs. wifi still not working. yes tanveer it was me. and wifi shd work at hotspots? The services have been restored today afternoon. They had a major problem in mumbaiand the network in most part of the country was down since yesterday night.

How i am able to know my RSN no if i have R-Uim ? Is the no. printed on R-Uim is RSN or RSN changes if i use HCC ? The No. Printed on your RUIM is the RSN No. of the RUIM. which is reflected on the Reliance Network. If you use HCC and transfer your No. to a new handset or RUIM, then the network will reflect your New Handset RSN or New RUIM RSN. But I feel you cannot use HCC on RUIM anymore. Just Give it a try.

@ Tanveer I had the problem in Kervin's ROM I feel you should do a complete hard reset and then flash it with Hetal's ROM. The alignment in the begining should be done very accurately and you should not have any problems

@ Tanveer Even I had this problem in Kervin's AKU. But the problem has got solved after i flashed Hetals ROM. So if you have flashed hetal's ROM i recommend you to flash again and even the radio (Hetal has uploaded a new file with all)

Exactly And if when you dial *228 and you get the message "your phone could not be activated" it means that the Data Card of your is made "LOST" on the reliance network. You can get the data card made "FOUND" by talking to reliance Customer Care. You will have to give them the RSN No. of your Data Card and the Original Phone Number. This mostly happens when Customer Care uses RETAIL MDN to transfer the no.'s If You cannot get through Please let Me know the RSN No. and Phone No. with name and address details. I can HELP

Hi Hetal Sugession: Instead of downloading the radio seperately i recomend you to copy the file to your Hetal-AKU3.5.4 file. So that everybody can upgrade the device in one go.

Hetal, I have tried every possible ways like reflashing ppc, re-installation of active sync, but still can't get my contacts back. can't figure out what's wrong. You will get this error if you are using netconnect (i.e., user name and password is your ten digit mobile no.) to browse. instead you have to select "RELIANCE MOBILE WORD" in the manage your connections tab before connecting or browsing. For POP3 Email you have to select Netconnect. why are you hard resetting the phone. If you want to upgrade to the new rom then you have to select "Y" and if you do not want to lose your data you have to select "N"

Go further and change the SPC of your GTRAN GCP 4020 so that you need not remember the SPC of your handset after reading the ESN using the above method. press ok twice and then press more. here you can change the SPC of your GTRAN GCP 4020 handset

Another way of reading your RUIM ESN Convert your HUAWEI data card to RUIM Insert RUIM and connect the data card to your computer. Start the huawei software. goto tools and selelct diagnostics an d you can see the ESN of the RUIM there Working on reading the SPC of the RUIM

Waiting for that The HUAWEI net connect card can be used using RUIM. if you insert a RUIM card you will boot up with the RUIM ESN and if you remove the RUIM you will boot up with the original ESN. i.e You can have two numbers on the HUAWEI Data Card

I had doneit sucessfully twice with the originl AKU that had come with reliance handset (AKU 2.2). But after upgrading to AKU 3.5 even i am not able to do it. Looks like some loop hole at reliance.
