Dear Austin Simple it is First see to it if you have selected Still Image or Animation Then select the bitmap file that u want to be displayed.Click on add button Then Select the second Bitmap file and click on add button. In this way u can choose upto 10 bitmap files. Now click on download and there you are. You have downloaded an animation on to your file.

Hi To use the S/W You need a Serial cable and that cable is available only at ASC's. If you are havong problem in Chandigarh, Go to nearest WW. They will try to give u a standby till the time the lock of your handset is opened and send back to you.

Dear tanveer All handsets and its accessories are manufactured in a sigle location and then distributed through out the world. best thing is to charge your battery for 12 hours with a desktop charger and then let it drain completely. Follow the same process atleast 7 times in the first go and atleast fornightly there after. Will surely increase your talk time. Vikas

Tanveer As far as GTRAN handset is concerned its desktop charger is more reliable than the travel charger. Keep your battery for charging on desktop charger through out the night, you will definitely find a marked difference in the TALK Time as well.
