TO ALL RIMWEBIANS ...I CONSIDER WAP IS CHARGED VERY HIGH AND ITS BEING CHARGED AT 40 PAISE PER MINUTE...I PERSONALLY SAW IT IN UNBILLED AMONT SO...BEING A DAPO CUSTOMER IS NOT HAVING ANY LOYALTY IN THIS MATTER

well i have done like this....i have made many groups and like wise made 2 groups.... one is groups of rimwebians and other is other friends thus when other friends send SMS i send to rimwebians and when i receive SMS from rimwebians i send to my other friends in this way i try not to send repeat SMS as all the SMS which we receive from Rimwebians are at the same time received by us all so no need to further distribute the Same SMS again............ i think its a nice idea......hows it... i am sure u will agree and if nice will adopt

......welll nice to see the increasing list well some are just receivers and so dont just have one side traffic....

Man is that kind of species chaye kuch bhi ho jaye......no satisfaction........ thats y we all are satisfied but in real terms we think we can get something more than this soon....

hey thanks for sharing that ...but i guess we would have to find a compatible handset which can unlock the card and if we dont have any acess to other nokia mobile like in my case...i just found the answer to flash my card and get it formatted....anyways...its a thing which is nice to report to nokia so that in the next software upgrade they can have bugs fixed...also i would like all the members to report any bugs or any new stuff to all of us so that we all are aware.....

ok guys a real bad news to all the WAP lovers... i received 2 cals yesterday from reliance chairman's office regarding my complain that wap is not working ... the person explained me that we were able to acess WAP just because it was under testing phase and it was by mistake we were acessing this. as relaince has not started WAP service officially so we wont be able to acess WAP any more untill they have done their testing completely and then they will bring out some plan to offer WAP and some specific fee may be per month or may be download it depends ....and no confirmation when this WAP service will be available... till then again wait wait and wait................... this message was confirmed to me twice that WAP will not be available as if now but will be available shortly very soon but no confirmation when..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- well when u go to galery menu and inside it acess options... in this menu see "memory status" ....i am sure u will be seeing card as "unFormatterd" without any memory details if that is the case its just same as mine and thus get the card flashed and formatted.... remember nothing will access not no bluetooth, or can company reader or anyother mobile phone u just have to get it flashed by the shopkeeper who knows how to flash it properly....and data can not be saved in this option....and this is the only option availabe to get the card back into action....

well i am sure u must be getting a message unformatted card when u see memory of the phone... well there is nothing you can do or even it dont have any option...even i got in the same situation and i went back to the place where from i got this card so told everythin what has happened ...he used some kinds of instument like a small card reader with a small 9 volts battery attached and he just flashed it...then he told me that the only way to get back card working is formatting the card so i said fine at least i will get my card back... so he just formatted my card using some software...i am sure there is some way doing it on our own by searching it on the internet but surely we would need that insturment..... so i suggest you to locak vendor and tell him what has happened he will do the needfull.... he charged me Rs150/- but told me that as i m regular customer he is charging less but as this card is useless without it so he charges not less than Rs 300/- thus i got my card working again and dare i think of putting password again.. well i beleive 6265 dont support password, or if it do support must be supporting only nokia geniune cards...as u must have known all cards do not run in 6265 as may be some compatibility issue in CDMA/GSM

good news.....after complaining a number of times of *333 and chairman's ofice i got 5 calls from chairmans office saying sorry for not able to use WAP...finall they told me that techinical team is looking for the probelme and surely WAP will be available .Reliance has not barred. i had mailed to chairman's office adressing anil ambani for cheating us and told to go to consumer court... hope things will sort out soon...please keep your complains continue like this.........and efforts made together will surely bear fruits....

hello guys ... i have just called up Reliance CC guys and literally scolded for stopping our WAP service on our mobiles inspite of bills being cleared and explained the whole problem he gave me complain no...and told me that they will call up and wil resolve the problem .................. So guys...... i will request you all people who ever complains on *333...never talk softly just scold them for what they have done to us and made us so frustrated...take out all your frustration after all we are paying so much every month and we should get the services which they can, but still not allowing us ........... also please let me know the email add of the chairman's office Mr anil ambani...who should get the scoldings tooo for making us ....frustrated.... keep-it up guys and continue your efforts to get back our WAP access on mobile....its like we are protesting against some injustice....... i should encourage you guys just try to make the CC guys afraid by saying that u will go to consumer courts as not providing the services...and failiur on their part of providing even back up of whats exactly going on....as u all will agree one should have complete knowledge of the services which they get if inturptted by some reason sould get clear justification as to what the hell has happened as it is stopped or barred........ ok guys ....bets of luck in the war of getting WAP back..........

well i called up CC several times and all gave me unsatisfactory reply as if they really dont understand that whether it is possible to surf wesites on the handset itself...they guys dont get proper training...i guy left me on hold and i waited long then i put my phone on charging mode and this call was running and after about 2 and half hour i was still on hold so i hung up the phone.....i am sure this will get noticed by the supervisors and they will try to sort out the problem...... after a while i called again and one CC guys just told me that he is resetting my phone as a modem again and i should go to minibrowser and from MENU>advanced>clear....there i should clear all the history,cache etc and then restart my mobile again......he told me after doing this i will get confirmation message than phone is activated but i at once got the message saying ur phone will be activated as a modem shortly...i even asked that CC guy again whether he is mistaken my problem being a problem of R-connect buy he said he understood its not R-connect its R-world problem not opening websites..... i asked him to let me talk to his supervisor so he again kept me on hold and never came back... i am having a strong feeling that this WAP feature will take time to be started and they are planning to keep this thing chargeable now they were in the process of making various plans for its implementation and again implementation will be from next month or more i suppose.... AS if there would be any network problem the CC person surely knows it and none of the CC person told me there is any problem in the network.. i guess free WAP on mobile days are over.......

Well are u sure there is network problem since all other things are working fine..i beleive they dont want to reveal opennly that they are barring surfing but doing this way saying network problem and eventuely will bring out some plan to start wap on ur mobile pay this much per minute or this much monthly....

yes tanveer i am a DAPO user and recently got 6265 and was really happy when i thought surfing on WAP and web using MINI opera but i beleive these reliance guys are not happy with this and they have stoped access to it...i even asked *333 and they didnt knew anything about this as usual and says to clear the cache using minibrousers menu and i did it and to my surprize now opera dont even display error and simply close if u want to try u can too but i beleive soon they will ask additional money apart fromn the huge sum that we pay as a DAPO customer and now one more burden gonna come if want to use WAP on mobile ...i beleive they have not discovered features and power of 6265 and have unknowingly started servies but when they came into notice barred it suddenly...i am really annowed by DAPO now no great thing to be DAPO customer but just being fullish and paying too much.......
