I have been using LG 340E for the last 2 years. It suddenly stopped working, saying could not locate modem.
I uninstalled and tried to install RConnect but it is identifying Phone connected.
I had a doudt on Data Cable and my COM port. So, I tested bu connected a 56KBPS modem and ensured that my COM port is working. I changed Data Cable and again tried to install RConnect software. But result is same, could not identify phone modem. I changed baud rate to 115 and kept RX mode to data only.
Still the problem persists. Is there any way that I can know whether modem in phone is working or not?
