well, i am getting the feeling somehow that even today, i dont have much option except for continuing with reliance.... hopefully, with some more inputs i'll be able to decide better.. one more question, if i shift to MTS on Touch Pro, what r the internet usage charges (for handset as well as a modem...)

hi guys i am unable to conenct to internet on my touch pro through any programme (IE,opera, facebook, bing etc..)... it asks for username and password... i have Default data plan.. wat username/password am i supposed to use???

hi guys i just found out that both MTS and TATA Indicom have introduced unlimited plans on their high speed data cards... (999/- for MBlaze and 950/- for Photon+).... so any info on when (rather IF!!) Reliance will follow the same for Broadband +.....

hello everyone i upgraded my rom and since then i find that the GPS isnt working.. am on mighty rom 6... i followed the steps given in the thread :http://www.rimweb.in/forums/topic/13024-find-your-way-with-the-htc-ppc-6800-mogul/ i installed the cab installed gps test installed gps toggle already have google maps, it downloads the maps also, but doesnt connect to gps... and thats wat i want to happen!! i followed the settings for gps (in settings) and location settings (phone)as given in the thread... on gps test i got the screen http://yfrog.com/0escreenshot1fhjj what cud be wrong.... any help plz... note:- in spite of installing gps toggle (in internal memory), i couldnt find it anywhere as a program.. thanks

yes i have quick gps.. when i try to download data, it starts the download bar, downloads (27%...60%...90%...100%..) and then the quick gps screen comes back saying "valid time:expired".. i have put the screen shots of the screen..

one more thing, even in "gps test", i changed the settings com port to comport 4 and baud rate to 4800 (this is same as in the settings for gps)

hello everyone just solved one problem, and another started.... i have loaded mighty rom6, i found suddenly that from my start menu all applications have vanished... only the folders (like games and office mobile) are left, but even they are empty... the only working thing in my start menu is "settings" (thank god for that..) i checked in windows folder> applications also... even there all d folders are empty... i dont think i deleted anything.... also, i have L1 plan... hw do i do settings for unlimited internet on my cell (as it was before i upgraded my ROM...) lastly, is energyrom better than mightyrom6? i find mightyrom6 slower and less responsive than mightyrom4....

well re-flashing did it!!! i have again put MightyRom6, and its pretty fast... then i went to ppcgeeks.com and carried out some of the performance hacks. link: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=46499 my phone is working amazingly fast!! and also i followed the thread so all my data settings are working perfectly fine. hi guys i need urgent help. did sumthing stupid. i have a touch pro, and i updated it to mighty rom (WM 6.5 3 hrs ago).. it all went fine, but i found that reliance netconnect wasn't working... so i dialed ##778# and went about the task as given exactly y dkaile in topic when i came to the reliance.prl point, i couldn't find the prl file in his post.. so i download it from another post on the Rimweb forum itself... continued the process as before... but now my phone isn't working at all.. i know it must have been my mistake somewhere.... guys plz help me at d earliest... thanks....

@tanveer how true... btw how do i get my unlimited internet settings with L1 plan as before?? donot want to try anything stupid again widout knowing d complete thing...

@ hitesh i dont know how to thank you... my touch pro is back into action!!! to be frank, where wud i be widout Rimweb... my last 3 cells are courtesy Rimweb, and plus all the help i have always needed (btw i still feel sorry abt sadik bhai losing money in refund of one set of mine... will surely make up for that by buying the enxt one from him!) @ mufaddal sir, i went to webworld.. but one of them had LG set and the other, well.... he had AIRTEL connection!! ;-) finally all's well that ends well...thanx a lot everyone! @hitesh sorry for d typo...

i found one funny thing today.. have been off the mobile market for long.... there's no Nokia CDMA cellphone available anywhere!!! how do i find my MIN??? i have the RUIM card which is activated... i have my Touch Pro, which is now stuck.... what to do......

i have tried everything now,exactly as per dkaile's post, and i even get reliance written on top left of my call menu screen.... and yet when i try to call, i hear 3 beeps and disconnect!! have adoubt though,this could be my mistake... is d 10 digit MIN number same as my reliance mobile number??

hi guys i have a touch pro. because of the place i'm at, the network area keeps changing from one area to another.. and everytime the network changes, the phone gives a very painful and long tone... i tried to disable it in "sounds and notifications", and the only way i cud find was to disable "programs>notifications(alarms,reminders)". wen i uncheck that specific box, the notification sound for area stops, but then even my alarms wont ring... i want to just disable the sound for area notification... i even tried to change the tone for area notification.. but there's no such option that i cud find... plz help... thanks
