    Blocking is not the right word when you upgrade, reliance specific parameters would be lost you can program them again using this thread... but its technical so venture only if you confident. Conference on all smart phones work in the same manner

    Three way conference would work following the standard method... it is a little irritating but works. Adding calls from the dialer menu does not work, hence they have mentioned its disabled. the handset you intend to buy are imported from US. They have been specifically programmed for reliance. If you upgrade rom (which I guess would be blocked) than the default settings would go away, and you would need to program again. Hope this helps You might want to consider buying Moto X from the forum here (which is ruim based) if your budget permits. I dont think there is a significant difference in price.
  4. Need help to advice a friend who is moving to Bangalore in couple of months. Being born and brought up in Mumbai, I know very little about Bangalore to provide any decent advice. So all Bangalore Rimwebians, please help out 1. What are best places to stay in and around MG Road FM Cariappa colony (his place of work), considering travel time should be less than 30 minutes by car (peak hours) 2. Any good societies with all amenities (pool/gym etc) in and around area that you recommend? 3. Has anyone moved from Mumbai to Bangalore and provide any tips for moving cities 4. Any other relevant advice you would like to provide (Should one take one's car, mobile number transfer etc) I did google up and read up a lot of article and quora responses, but thought some more advice on this beloved forum where people are ever willing to help
  5. Wireless is the way to go.. Most of the time, I watch movies on my laptop with bluetooth headset on. Gives you privacy, comfort and joy of watching movies with complete involvement. However, when I try to connect second bluetooth headset so that two people can watch, most devices start streaming sound in the last connected device. Is it any how possible to connect and stream music/sound in two or more devices? All my googling provided no answers... but I still believe this forum has mavericks to offer a solution..

    ^ resolved unfortunately hitesh wasnt spot on with the spc prediction it had not changed to 000000 I found the spc code saved in NV writer. I guess it has cache memory, found it as per last used. Pushed prl with spc code using DFS. phone started working

    You are right (obviously) but the prl does not stick no matter how many times I try, prl is not getting pushed in offline a mode it stays in offline d only

    So I did the big mistake of upgrading from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4, without taking note of spc.. my phone is not rooted, and I am not sure what to do.. Hitesh please advice I believe the solution is to do something twrp recovery which I have never used. So requesting detailed advice. thanks

    All these phones are good... but for me the most awaited phone is 2nd generation moto x... if they get the pricing right, it would be able to compete with the best in class.. I hope meid registration opens by that time

You need to pick the right charger to ensure your phone has the best battery life... I am no expert in the matter, but opening the thread so that everyone can ask their questions here and experts can provide answers... To start with I have some noob questions 1. 1amp chargers vs 2amp chargers.. 2amp chargers charge faster... are they good for all? 2. Most people think, faster charge also means faster rate of discharge.. is that true? 3. Usage of portable batteries... how do you decide the amp rate in them? are they harmful for phones? 4. Car chargers - Most times I have experienced that phone gets heated up when connected for short duration. Are they harmful? I am sure many of you have the above and more questions... pour in..

    I am sure we all are into reading... but with busier lifestyles, it gets difficult to make time for reading... The best solution I found to this was audiobook, especially while I drive to work and back And I love it so much, that sometimes I secretly pray for more and more traffic, taking me longer to reach home allowing more time to listen,, The book publishers too have realised this upcoming trend and more and more books are getting published with audio versions. However, unlike ebook versions, they are not available for free yet. What I propose is for like minded interested people to come together and make collaborative purchases. Would anyone be interested? I am a member at reado.com and have recently purchased one book. I thought if instead of individuals, if groups of peiple come together and purchase, it would be win win for everyone. We would purchase original instead of pirated and at the same time share the costs. What say, any takers? The next set of books that I intend to purchase would be Jaya, by Devdutt Patnaik, dongri to dubai &byculla to bangkok by hussain zaidi Reply/pm if anyone interested in collaborative buying
