Hi All, I've contact Reliance customer service over ten times and have never had a phone call about this problem I've been having for most of six months. My phone beeps, disconnects and then automatically reconnects very often. Most often it happens if I'm reading a web page, but what doesn't make sense is that it reconnects even though I haven't clicked anything, but sometimes it happens in the middle of downloading my e-mail or a file...the worst is while trying to book tickets on Indian Railway.
Is there a setting to stop it from disconnecting? Does anyone else have this problem? I'm in Goa. I know I've read some people having it up North, but has anyone gotten an answer about this?
Finally, I'm wondering if I'm getting charged for a minute everytime I get disconnected. Sometimes it does it five times in a minute.
