    ₹399 is providing 84 days for the first time recharge irrespective of whether you are on ₹149, ₹303 or ₹309 etc.

    Can we do recharge of Rs. 399 twice or thrice like we did for other plans earlier in the month of March ? If Yes, then will Rs. 399 provide 84 days validity or 28 days ?

    I got the 10GB voucher on MyVouchers. Then I claimed it and it is showing in my jio app, after the scroll as well. But I just can NOT use it (I have exhausted the 2GB already). Anyway I didn't get 1GB extra data of BOGO offer as well.

     

    Jio's SW System is totally ducked up, for all my 3 jio numbers...

    One of my friend had SuSu offer yesterday night. He had done recharge of Rs. 149 earlier, in the morning his 149 plan got activated & he got the BOGO offer also.

    He is getting 3GB in total for 28 days.

    do we still get Rs. 50 cashback for recharging plans through Jio Money ?

    this is confirmed with CC also updated in FAQ on website....

    Thank you.... have just gone through the FAQ & they have mentioned that... So that means 303*3 was earlier giving total data of 84 GB with total validity of 84 days & now same will give data of 168 GB with validity of 168 days... correct ? Hope so things happens seamlessly without any service requests. :):)

    Jio's s/w system is seriously flawed, imho...

    I agree with you... changing plans every now & then is not a good strategy....

    Regarding BOGO offer on 149, in my statements under upcoming plans it is only showing 2GB, nowhere information of BOGO offer.

    Have you raised service request with Jio for not showing that 1GB extra booster ? 

    Please let us know, as I might have to do the same when my Rs. 149 plan starts in my another number.

    Jio Cinema requires many permissions. MIUI is restrictive about permissions and gives user the option to control the pe3rmissions (one of the reason I love MIUI). So check in Security>Permissions to verify whether any of the permissions denied to Jio Cinema is causing the problem.

     

    @commonman I have latest version of myjio, jio cinema, jio music apps, but still not getting download option. I have even tried re-installing all the jio apps twice, but still the same issue. The issue started when I updated my phone via OTA MIUI 8.5.1.0. Before that all was working fine.

    One strange thing I noticed is, when the first time I had launch jio cinema, it has asked me for permissions & I had selected allowed.

    But while re-installing twice it has never asked me again. Same for jio music app also.

    As mentioned by you, I have checked permissions also & it seems to be good.

    I have raised requests with Jio care, but as usual waiting for their reply...

    jiocare seems to be playing round the bush.... asking to uninstall & re-install, clear cache etc.. all of which I had tried earlier...

    anyone else with Redmi 4A facing the same issue ?

    Don't know about Redmi 4A but I am on Redmi Note 3 with Miui nightly update patch 8.5.2.0 (stable) & never faced any such problem.

    Someone using Redmi 4A can give a more appropriate answer. But you can try reboot or shut down your mobile for about 4 - 5 minutes & then restart. It may get resolved.

    @LTE4G I have tried shutting down & rebooting mobile, but no luck.. :( 

    Have sent email to jiocare, waiting for their reply now... :(:(

    I am facing a strange issue with Jio Cinema & Jio Music apps.

    I had recently installed Android MIUI patch 8.5.1.0 on my Redmi 4A device. After which I am not getting download option in both the apps.

    I even tried un-installing & re-installing both the apps, but the problem still persists. Also all my earlier downloaded movies & songs are not playable.

    Has anyone faced this issue ???


  10. After not getting callback from CC, I had raised another service request through jio.com.

    Both the tickets were resolved, without any solution.

    I raised third ticket, & this time I got call from CC. CC told their seems to be congestion in my area due to high usage. CC told they will address the issue & again resolved the ticket.

    Is there any other way, I can escalate the issue ?

    I agree with @LTE4G data & call works simultaneously for me as well. Mine is VoLTE handset (Redmi 4A), not sure about non-volte handsets.

    On jio.com its mentioned that customer has to recharge minimum Rs. 149.

    "Step 6: Post Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, customer has to recharge with Min. Rs. 149/- & above"

     

     


  13. thank you @LTE4G & @ramtech. Porting from Idea to Jio was successful. As mentioned by @LTE4G, my number got ported in 6 days. I had submitted porting request on 1st May & on 6th May number got ported to jio. It was very fast. 

    I have one question regarding DDD. While porting I had paid Rs.408 (99 prime membership + 309 DDD offer for 84 days.

    But when I check in myjio app under my plan, the validity for DDD is showing till 30th June 2017. Shouldn't it be 30th July ?
