  1. I agree with u friend, I am stuck with airtel connection as I cant change no., still waiting for MNP..... lets hope its launch soon & I can migrate to RGSM..

Friend, Airtel won't allow MNP to come near you... It is better to change your connection to Prepaid, if you are now in postpaid... Another idea is using DualSIM mobile with RGsm/other new operator and Airtel, receiving incoming calls from Airtel and informing your new other operator number to your callers.. Further you can pay cheaper for outgoing calls than Airtel... Even if you are in non-coverage area of new operator, you can use your Airtel for calling :winko:

    thanks for the idea dude......

  2. :previous: Well, I remember them saying explicitly that the market leader should be expected to charge premium rates. So its pretty clear that you can expect only premium tariffs... the service of course can remain third grade and swindling is the name of the game. And as long as people keep patronizing them, they will continue charging premium for their low grade services. Enjoy!      <_<

At least RGSM offers low grade network with low tariffs.   :Chulo:

Airtel = premium tariffs + low grade services + swindling + etc.

I 100% agree with u friend. The Airtel network has become worst, my call gets dropped most of the time & that too randomly any time of day...

Service is detoriating day by day....

  3. Please friends, DON'T compare cruel Airtel with our dear RCom... :Riendo:

It is NOT just the number of FREE SMS given for some RUPESS..

    1) RCom gives FREE/1p SMS on SMS black-out days too..

    2) SMS packs apply while roaming too.. :Sorprendido:

    3) Applicable uniformly for onnet/offnet, Local/STD, PAN-INDIA @ same rate

I agree with u friend, I am stuck with airtel connection as I cant change no., still waiting for MNP..... lets hope its launch soon & I can migrate to RGSM..

  4. it was jajah.com which was providing this service, you can call any number in India, but you need to enter your mobile no. first, so the call would first come to you & then the person to whom you are trying to call be connected, but i think that reveals your no., not sure on that. have not used site from long time....so unable to recollect.....

earlier it was providing 10 mins of call free.... but you can try your luck....
