Hi RIMWebians, I am using HTC Touch 3G handset. I had tried to connect to internet using apn 'rcomnet'. But i couldn't browse any site. When I contacted CC, they told me that I had to activate data plan for windows mobile. http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/windows-mobile/tariff.html But I can browse using DOCOMO. Is there any other ways to use RGSM GPRS with default plan??

Hello Rimwebians, From past few months, Reliance offering good plans.. but they are giving ads for that in TVs or newspapers after a long time... After launching of Simply Reliance Plan (Pay per sec, Pay per call, pay per min), they gave ads only after two weeks (Kerala).. But Vodafone is totally different from Reliance.. They are giving ads for even small offers..( Reliance offered Busy tunes, online biiling, video streaming first.. only reliance customs knows about it...).. Now vodafone is giving ads for these services.. Why cant Reliance do like Vodafone?? If they do better they will get more customers easily.. right?

IMEI no displayed using *#06# is different from that written in battery plate in my handset (spice D88n cdma/gsm). And the above link says that the IMEI no is valid(on battery plate) but they do not have any info abt this handset.

I bought it from MobileStore, Trivandrum.. I called cc & they told to visit service center.

I called Customer Care yesterday to activate unlimited RWorld... but they told that only Finance pack is available now.... no membership plans are available now..(Rs. 25/mn and Rs. 249/mn)... But i sent SMS to activate Unlimited R-World and I got confirmation SMS saying that it will be activated within 72hrs... Anybody knows about this ?
