Hi All , I followed below steps for updating OS 1] Wiped off OS 4.2 using JL Loader 2] Installed a OS 4.5 & deleted "vendor.xml" 3] Loaded 4.5 . 4] Latching to Aircel but unable to make & receive calls 5] Tried "resettofactory " also using JL Loader ..but no success . Hey guys have i missed out any point ...do guide m facing problem in 4.5 ..

Hi friends , Any one has used both the phones please give your comments ...which one will be better as i just see only 2 diff 1] MAX supports 1 Gb wheres 309 upto 4Gb 2 ] MAX does not have video player as in 309 ... 100 for Sim .........but 25 for what i didn't get your point here ?? .. else u can copy all ur contacts from SIM to handsets & den transfer the no ...so ur contacts will also be available in SIM h/s .

Hi All , UPDATE : I went to WW for No transfer initially WW gal was resistant to do so but after some arguments , she told yes but told me i can't give u guarantee for this . I said ok no probs ,than she tried to transfer number and voila after 10 mins it was success ... . So we can transfer number to Non-SIM H/s . BUT my sim is blocked :'( i checked with *228 . its says SIM is blocked pls contact CC .

Change is only Permanent .. Cheers to Arunji ...for making it possible UI is is very cool .....need to explore more features of new version ..

Hi all , I tried to trf my no frm LG3100 (sim ) to LG6230(non sim) using HCC when I dialed *229<9digit pin> I got sms Invalid pin please contact reliance customer care . Although pin is correct now how to proceed please guide ppl . Thanks a ton

its working fine for aircel also just speed is very slow while d/l @ 3/4 kbps. It can work as handy when ur main net connection is down . Once again thanks Sirji

Where can we get this 9 digit pin no mentioned in Reliance mobile user guide ???? is this is same as HCC Pin ??

Even i also want to Thanks to all people for guiding laymen like me to operate /tweeks for Treo & BB 1] Kalpakji for giving unbaised suggestion & solving my many silly query for Treo . 2] Dheeraj Bhai for explaining a every minute details for wap on treo & also for starting very detailed review thread & apps for Treo P.s : Now has u have got BB 8830 . i am expecting the same for this also . 3] Dr Muffaddal for helping hands for BB & treo tweeks & apps also for on call /mail/chat support for all the time it amazing sirji . more to come from ur side sirji ......... Last but not the least Man of Honor is Sadikk Bhai ...for a very smooth dealing on my all handsets & also on call support when ever needed . I just want to tell All members the promptness of Sadikk Bhai i asked him for BB in morning & he gave it to me by afternoon , very prompt delivery , although i was not ready with sufficient cash in hand for payment .

offtopic pls Earlier i was used to with a Palm Treo ..so missing touchscreen mate ..........

Sirji done this also ..when my Palm Treo was lost . i went to WW with blank LG h/s to transfer no in this h/s but they told it has been stopped to transfer no in any way to Non Sim h/s .

Sirji same was the case with me i had Blank (no number in it ) LG 6230 ( Non -SIM Based ) in working condition & SIM of my number but as per WW they have stopped transferring number to Non -SIM Based h/s from 1st March 09 i.e. all older phones of LG are now useless . Here HCC will also won't work as now we need to just insert sim in new h/s & HCC is meant for removing no from old h/s . This was told to me by WW person . Even i also tried a lot to transfer no to Non Sim Based but didn't got success .If u r able to do kindly do post here so i will also try same ...

good so now sadikk bhai will b planning for a latest version. But some time I feel BB with full qwerty keybpard & touchscreen will make a great combination & phone to u have .

currently they have tie up with Vodafone in Maharashtra for roaming ....i have taken Mumbai no ..& in pune need to select Vodafone n/w.....Good now it wont be roaming in Mumbai & pune .....
