If you are providing facility to Foreign and Multi National Companies, you may consider going for ISO 27001 implementation and certification. This certification provide assurance that the organisation follows Processes that is adhere to Information Security Standards. This will give level of comfort to your clients. Job for your marketing guys will be more easier. This also helps if your clients wants you to get audited for SAS 70 audits. Number of requirements of SAS 70 will get covered in ISO 27001. Sharing my experience: I have GMail and NGPay running on Java. Both of them were installed automatically. I am able to see both applications when I Go in: Start -> Programs -> Java -> Applications -> GMail / NGpay both listed as options (Remember I had downloaded both application on handset itself using WI-FI and it installs itself in the folders required) I think you can user File Explorer to run the JAR file that will start Java by itself and give you access to the application. Just remember when BSNL was allotted 97 series when they exhausted 98 series way back, other GSM operators had entered into Litigation with TRAI and TDSAT that BSNL will have unfair advantage of distinctive series. While this is not directly connected to the topic, the "So called" technology ahead companies enter into petty issues to block government operated operator. Manish -
I am experiencing a sudden problem on my HTC Mogul. Last evening it was on a low battery and in no-signal area for a while. The phone function was automatically turned off. Later at night when I was charging, I could not find any functions running so tried to re-boot. However it took to long time to remain on Windows Booting Screen. I had to poke in re-boot button 3-4 times and then left for a long time to successfully boot. In the morning it did not ring the alarm. Once again on re-boot it took too long to boot, come to phone function (till then kept showing "no-service"). Even now it takes too long to respond to any keys and functions. What needs to be done ? Thanks guys. I messed up first as I did not take backup of contacts thinking that they will be stored on the memory card and hard booted the mobile. Luckily had PIM backup of July end that I restored then. Now have configured PIM to take backup every Sunday. As well have installed DashWire to take backup on Internet. Dashwire is good utility. However risk of loosing privacy remains. Sofar so Good. @ Samirul Hassan: Thank you for the Quick Link. It was of a good help. @DK : Say Thank You by clicking the + button in the right corner of the post, if any member's posts have helped you... Sabko Full Marks Diye.

PPC PIM Backup is very good utility. I had to reformat my mobile yesterday. Luckily had backup of July End. Could restore that. Also I tried www.DashWire.com for taking backup on their website. Its a excellent tool and service. Its Free. And has lots more features. Try out both and you will be happy. Manish

1. I do not think you can create folders :-( 2. Select the message by clicking on the name / number of the sender that appears above the message. If you are prompted to add the contact, you may select cancel. After this you will see the whole message selected and background of the selected message changed. Now if you click on MENU, FORWARD option would be enabled. Selecting that will open new outgoing SMS with text of forwarded message. 3. Haven't tried.

I am using Mogul from last 6 months. A few months back I had to hard-reset the handset. After which a few issues were observed. Since they were not show stoppers, I ignored them. However listing it here for some solution 1. While typing SMS, predicted text does not appear. Before hard-boot there was option in to enable / disable predicted text but the setting is not seen after formatting the handset 2. Internet Sharing option is available but have not been able to connect it to my PC to user Internet on the PC. I use cable connector and follow steps are generally required 3. After a call is completed, if the screen had gone blank due to time specified for battery saving, I have to press disconnect button multiple times to get the screen back and to terminate the call or press ON button to get the screen back which also takes a long time. Result, if the call was actually completed at 1:55 minutes duration, the call gets terminated sometime at 2:03 minutes 4. While in a call, at times I am able to pickup the call on the Call wait by selecting "Answer" but at time it does not. 5. Could not switch between original call and call taken on call wait 6. Do not know how to conference on this handset Lastly 7. MSN Live was installed which synd all contacts of Live in contact list, need to remove them all in one shot, is it possible ? Thanking in advance..... Manish

How To Get 3rd Party Softwares For Htc P 3051 Cdma Handset

To share my experience of GPS on HTC Mogul. Tried Destinator earlier which required plenty of memory. Later installed MapMyIndia based and have been very happy with it. Never faced memory issue with this one. Also it has more detailed maps for most cities and towns. Technically I am not authority to suggest if it works on Diamond but since Diamond is also WM, it should work. Best part is that Destinator or MapMyIndia will not require Internet connectivity as maps are downloaded and installed on your handset. Look for more post on GPSTest (a utility to search navigating satellites) that helps a lot. Manish -
