What happens both r used at same time say one in data card and other for voice.

i am already using it. very good. not able to allow popups. in setting i have already activated popups. but popups arre not getting opened

Other options did not work. Hard reset works perfectly. Now the problem is over. & wife should also be happy

Last 2 -3 days I am facing problem with mogul. The caller keeps on listening to caller tune, but I don't get a ring on mogul. The calls don't appear in missed calls. I get rings after a soft reset for some time, but after some time i don't get any ring. Callers think I am not avoiding calls(My wife also thinks so that I avoid her calls). I have tried changing the prl but no help. any solution to this?? anil

I think if Nitin posts htc_cm_guardian.exe from his diamond & we try it with out on Moguals & diamonds will solve the problem. As it will not have 0 size it will not be removed by reg cleaners anil

Initally I also faced the same problem. It reads the Min number etc from R UIM but prl from modem. You need to connect to CDMA workshop again with R UIM in it. Then read from phone & under nam1, you need to activate PRL option save & closed. Recoonect to modem it should be done ( step number 05 & 06). & you need to give user id & password of reliance not BSNL.

Just popping in regular RUIM it will work Reliance will not activate it as a data card on their network. So mobile connection u have to use. Reilance EVDO will not work only 1x CDMA

Process is very simple. 01. Connect Modem to USB port (all drivers should be loaded & modem should be working on that port) 02. Go to device manager & find out the port number on which modem is connected. 03. Most of the cases SPC 000000 (six zeros). Connect to CDMA Workshop. Connect to the correct port. 04. under security, send SPC to modem, you will get a message the phone is unlocked. 04 Read from phone, under other change the RUIM config to "R UIM if avail" write to modem & save close CDMA workshop. Remove the modem. 05. Put the RUIM in modem & repeat 01 to 03. Now it should show you the E*N & Min number etc of R UIM. 06. Read from phone.Under Nam change the PRL option to enabled, write to Modem save & close. You are done In case the modem doesn't accept SPC 000000, then search for ZTEPST.exe on net download. connect to the correct port, it will read the spc & unlock the modem

Thanks Working now. The PRL option for RUIM was not enabled. I changed it. Now its working fine anil

I my case it is not able to remove previous version. May be I have done some thing ulta-pulta. I will try again & tell you. Thanks anil

Clean install is fine. I am using SK tools for reg cleaning. It clears HTC_CM.....exe also. Then to copy the file again I am using first CAB file(only for HTC_CM..... exe). It doesnot work. It is unable to install again & fails.

Dr. Mufaddal Thanks for your efforts. Now feedback. First time installation goes fine. When you have to install again (after running some reg cleaner etc.), it doesn't work. The old installation doesn't go. I have tried to reinstall without uninstalling it fails. uninstallation also fails if uninstalled through windows or sk tools. thanks again for the effort anil

i hope this steps are applicable only for a GSM mobile and not for a cdma handset.. I am on Mogul....... CDMA Reliance SMS "iMobile" to 5676766 not working for my cdma (nokia 2865) In that case call them up and ask for the link, they will send the sms. In case of change of handset also, you need to call them up and request for the link & deactivation of Imobile on old handset. I don't know if your handset will support Imobile. anil

checked at Ezone AA1 with XP is available at 17900. could not find a dealer selling Acer at Chandni Market(was getting late). Most of them were selling Samsung and other brands. Expect it around 17000 at Acer Mall at Elgin road & at Chandni

There are hardwares available which can do this. But since in India IP to PSTN & vice versa is not allowed, same are not available. Many mutinationals connect IP calls from their overseas offices to the epabx installed in India. Call centers also use similar hardwares. Asterisk the lynx based opensource software also supports such hardware. For a personel use VOIP adapters are available on ebay ( not on ebay.co.in) which can perform this. If one has a full duplex voice modem then there are some softwares like from twlightutilities & teleonnetworks which can transfer a skype call to PSTN ot vice versa. Now SIP to Skype is also possible.

Can any one make a cab file. Once run it copies a blank HTC_CM_guardian file to windows directory. Every time you run a reg cleaner program, connect to laptop copy to storage card & then paste to windows directory. All these troubles can be saved. anil

How much Acer Aspire One should cost? There are some old posts giving price range of 15k. I am planning to buy one. My existing laptop is too heavy to carry :'( anil

A moving part (in this case key board) is always a weak point. It you are not going to use keyboard better to go for diamond. If you plan to use phone for sending long messages then only one should go for Pro. In my case i normally don't use key board. So if I have to change my set , I shall prefer Diamond.
