So I am planning to opt for reliance Platinum 100 plan. Also can you guys please suggest me which brand of 'PCMCIA card adapter for desktop' will work best with sierra card? A hardware seller said me abt G520+ PCMCIA card. Is it any good? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I am a new member. I want to use R Connect Platinum 100 plan which comes with Sierra Card for a monthly rental of Rs.1500 and unlimited surfing. Please let me know if I can avail this plan on desktop computer. I have a desktop computer with Windows XP, 604mb RAM and Pentium 4 processor. Somebody said me that data cards are only available/works with laptop. Please let me know if data cards work with desktop. Thank you. Also let me know if it is not availble then how can I avail 24 hours unlimited internet with postpaid or prepaid connection for a particular fixed tariff rate. (Not 50p per minute). Thank you. n.b
