i am a newbie using LSI110 prepaid (they say the pre paid version is no longer available) and i am at my wit's end trying to make sense of the exorbitant billing. the customer care never picks up the phone at *333, the other enquiry picks up and till now, 5 times, have transferred me to the UP division and the UP division has never picked up the phone even after 30 min..
does this happen with others too?
the net usage used to be updated daily at abt 10 am, now it is updated once in2-3 days, that too, for my daily usage of 1/2 to 1 hr, my balance goes 0 in 1-2 days. i am keeping a log, but i cant correlate the deduction to my usage, and like i said, customer care wont pick up my call!!
reliance does have a bad reputation for irregular and false billing.
any opinions?
