I think u Hvae Fully reset U R Phone & Nokia Care should recognize U R Problem cause it was a common problem sometime Ago.So only nokia Care can help u get the correct parameters of U R phone onto it & get it Started. All the Best

Just go thru This, If u have ARk Micro Chipset, Install it First, or any other which the cable has, Check for an extra COM in Device Manager as USB Serial Port,Check out its COM No. Now Download Serial Software of RD 2030..During Process When it asks for COM, select that COM No. & make sure that the Baud rate in the Phone Settings is set to 115200.. U R phone should now be Detected on selected Port..& install it Succesfully.. All the Best

This has been fixed. b)While customer is entering DATA in/ or retrieving DATA from Phonebook, and if the Alarm rings, the phone may behave erratically. This problem has been solved. Get Updated.
