I tried a got a reply that this model is not supported by vista. After wards I created a new connection using the connection wisard and using that now. It is a new information for me that R onnect got installed in Vista I am using a Buisness edition of Vista.

Dear all, I have a problem in installing reliance dialler for internet at my PC. Operating system is WIN XPSp2. When i put reliance CD and run it, LG ( I am using LG LSP350R for reliance land-line connection) drivers load succesfully but then a screen comes which promts me to connect phone to CPU thru a cable. I do that by inserting 1 end of cable in phone and another end in a USB port. but after that nothing happens. It is supposed to recognize the new usb hardware and proceed.The same port is working fine for other USB devices. I am using the cable with USB CONVERTER CABLE LG-USB3000 PURCHASE ORIGINALLY FROM LG show room which was made in Korea. Please help its urgent.
