Why is Reliance not providing R-Surf (WAP browsing) services on their Nokia Handsets, even though Nokia handsets has inbuilt wave browser. Reliance provides R-Surf (WAP browsing) on LG handsets which cost very less than Nokia handsets. I booked a complaint with reliance on 13-06-2006 and sent them many many reminders for the same but to no avail. Below is my latest email to Reliance Chairman & technical team:-

This has reference to my complaint dated 13-06-2006 having complaint number 37297545. Even after 186 DAYS the complaint has still not been resolved. How can you tolerate such irresponsible employees who do not care to resolve this? My complaint to you may be just a tip of the iceberg. As most other customers may not be following up with a complaint or may deem it fit to change the service provider instead of bearing such attitude of your employees. The Nokia handsets 6235 & 6265 provided by Tata Indicom has wap surfing facility then why not in Reliance? What prevents Reliance to supersede in all these requirements to Tata Indicom? Please let me know what action has been taken against those employees who failed to resolve my above complaint even after 186 DAYS? This action of your employees is certainly deplorable as they are undermining the reputation of your organization! When your competitors are striving hard for customers delight your employees do not bother even to except their inability to resolve my above complaint. The CDMA technology has graduated from CDMA95 to CDMA2000 to CDMA2000-1X then to CDMA2000-1xEV-DO which are respectively 1G, 2G, 3G & 4G (G is for generation) TATA INDICOM has already implemented CDMA2000-1X (3G) and have started working on CDMA2000-1xEV-DO (4G) but Reliance Communications is still struggling to fine tune its CDMA2000 (2G) network. Reliance Communications is undermining its leadership position. Your erring employees may be responsible for these developments.
I presume that Reliance Communications pays the best salaries and has the best brains in India then why all the above things are happening? Why they are not resolving my complaint? After my complaint many links were added and removed from R-World but just the R-Surf link, required by me, has not been added and my complaint has been just ignored! It looks that your technical team is purposely not providing me the R-Surf option because I am pursuing this matter.
