Reliance shows negative reaction ( will increase tariffs) because Reliance is now filled with Airtel guys. Can see other tariffs are increasing slowly in reliance. Seems bad days are nearing Reliance It seems the 3G debt burden has got RIM under its weight. RIM is now applying the strategy of cutting down on the freebies and increasing the tariffs wherever possible. This strategy in the past few months has increased its Average Revenue Per user but it is a long way off from being one of the most profitable cellular service provider even though it is the third largest in terms of subscriber base. This increase in tariff if not retaliated by the user of RIM then all the other telcos will follow on the same lines. soon. I have only got good reviews of photon+ compared to bband+.. on the speed front. no review as so much for MTS

Currently MVL (G81) has launched abusiness phone with qwerty keypad and pushmail with about 3 email accounts in the price range of Rs.4500 to Rs.5500/-. it is the only handset with this feature.. and dual sim I am trying to get some user reviews but difficult to find as the handset is just about launched a couple of days back. Personally, i am making up my mind to go with MVL g81 from the market and BB7130e offerd here only Android supports only free mails like yahoo, G mail, MSN etc. True pushmail is supported by Nokia and BB as well as few other solutions like funamobile etc. MVL G81 is dual SIM and I ordered yesterday only after talking to his sales guy in Ahmedabad. Ofcourse phone is not going to be delivered to me, it will be delivered to person in Mumbai who needed dual SIM phone with push mail. Those who wants real time mail on corporate mail servers or paid mail servers should not get carried away by android propaganda. I use android and business mail but that is because my company mail is hosted on google servers. Dear Kshah.. Can you get a user review of the handset and the price point for the customer in mumbai that you have provided with the handset..MVL G81 it seems to be the only handset in where ghanti baji push mail ki..

it seems the principle of perishable goods applies to it. Offers are there to pick up the goods at a heavy discount provided it is consumed within the same day.. so even if it is not consumed, the goods are getting sold off the shelf...

I have also worked at a facility which was a no cam, in this ppl. generally do possess a high end handset but while entering they either deposit in their locker/ security and use a basic phone inside the facility. The requirement it seems is for a basic phone with attractive design and slim and thus light weight to carry around, blackberry looks attractive but could prove to be bulky

The crashes are due to in compatibility of some of the add ons installed for rg. As soon as o disabled all the add ons the crashes stopped. then i tried to see if there were any conflicting add ons and also updated to the latest version. After update, FFox itself disabled IDM but that i enabled manually, now the crashes have stopped. It must have been because of the conflicting add ons.

It s the same firefox but with an indian skin. Why cant we build something from scratch and start a revolution. In fact i am not even using firefox on my dell netbook even when i have 1gb of ram cause it feels slower than chrome..

may be in this coming deepavali, it will hit the streets in maharashtra too.

All in all, it s nice handset. I have one at home.. but the touch reflex does not satisfy me..

No windows mentioned any where.. its termed as ultra slim high end PDA phone.

look over the new micra too.. but drop the wagon r.. I think the suspension problem is yet to sort out.. vista is great for space and other.

Its a chines phone.. once purchased forget about the after sales service from the mobilestore.. no accessorie...nothing.. i wished to upgrade by bying another make from them but they point blank refused... Other than that Ray t60 is giving me an okay back up, 3.2 mpxl dont actually show much in quality..dont even think of using the camera in even a slightly dim area.. Basically its a chines phone with a brand name behind it without much of after sales

Its a bit confusing.. in some cases Reliance CC is clueless and it feels that they give misleading information jusat to get on with the call and end it as soon as possible. Is it possible that they might be getting an incentive to complete the calls on soon as soon possible basis. more calls= more remuneration kind of In nagpur.. some time back an add on was offered in CDMA as well as GSM, free calls were offered between my CDMA number and if i chose the add on as GSM then between the GSM number. RIM is consolidating the base of CDMA and GSM users to tap both kinds of users and be a seamless service provider without boundaries..it seems.

Its from my personal experience i find that even in Mumbai there is a stretch of land or a place where most of the operators fail to provide a good signal strength. The place is in Mahim. I have experienced it with DOCOMO.. Airtel.... BPL as well as Vodafone. Its a bit off topic but then as per the vodafone guys .. calls made from this location i.e. Mahim and some others.. the Maharashtra niumber is treated as in roaming and charges are applied. Maharashtra.. Mumbai and Goa being one circle, it seems highly irregular.

Well, its not possible for a GSM Network to drain the battery faster than any comparable network unless its CDMA.

Guys, i am looking forward to start a mobile shoppe but dont have the experience. I have only two experiences of selling mobile handsets ..infact only one, second was a give away.. I have the space and there is not much competition around the area so my gut agrees with that feeling too. Now, sice i am stripped of any such experience i am bond to make some mistakes. That will e perfectly allright but i have to have some basic grounding in this area at least....least that can be expected is how to, what to avoid initially and may be such and other things. Can any person put some light for a seller newbie.. any input will be of great help. Thanks in advance.
