It's really been a long long time that i got to be with RIMweb. Thanks a lot for the enthusiastic reply and advice. I will surely be in touch here.

There are not only posts on Micromax, it seems to have gained a solid reputation against Karbonn sets. One of the particualr handset that has got me interested is Micromax Q3, QWERT Keyboard, upto 2GB MSd card.. 1.3megapixel camera and 1000 phone book entries, opera mini is also included. Has anybody got his hand on the same? Well if yes, come ahead and share..

PayPal will not deal with a unverified credit card, i am an old customer of PayPal but since my old CC expired and the new one clicked in just now, i am locked out till my Card bill reaches me. For my two efforts to get thru, i have been charged 1 dollar charge twice but apparently the transaction was declined. I came to know about the charge when i called CCard Customer care immediately, once i get it verified it will be refunded bit it means that i can not transact thru PayPal without the authorization code that will make me a verified customer.

as per the market reputation, q3 beats Karbonn k10 hands down. Q5 is supposed to have launched in nagpur, but it is not there as of now (till 2 days back). May be an indication of its launch (Q5)- i have seen Q3 price dropping from Rs4200/- to Rs.3700/- within a span of a week.

may be they are doing it, but as per the dealers in Delhi, Gigabyte has taken its handset business away from indian market.

it looks good but then blackberry fills the gap between a good phone and an email device. Ofcourse at this price it will be a good option for the avid emailers...who can have a separate handset for making calls and again can not afford blackberry.

looks a good handset for the low cost users not having much demands from the phone.

that would certainly be nice. But to be very frank. I have tried to get a feel of the coolpad and byond handsets at web world and wwe but none seems to have those in stock or even dummy pieces.. why is that?

no update on this front. while ZTE has launched a basic handset, advanced phones are yet to be launched.

The Mrp of the recharge is Rs.111/- It is valid for hours.. like for 5 hours or 300 minutes and 10 hrs or like 600 minutes. The validity is not counted in days as the moment you overspend above the allowed limit you will get disconnected. For a lifetime connection there can not be a time frame of days for the use..only volume or minutes. therefore it says validity of Zero days.

799 is the official price, may have a go in the next couple days. anybody for review before?

i dont think... "sell" in this context is selling off the business but that extra bandwidth that goes un utilised... or selling a part of the network that goes un utilised by RCom to third party well again one cannot be too sure.

I have seen it yesterday when i visited for recharging the data card. I must agree with supernova when he says "Robust body design visually appealing". Then add super long stand by time with its 1000Mah battery. If not for the other features i will take it for its battery life only. I may just buy it if get an offer for a reasonable price immediately. For the current price that is Rs.850/- at WW it will take just about some moretime for me to get my hands on it.

basically the credit limit increase on your tenure of the relationship with RIM and the regular and timely payments. My credit limit at the atart was Rs.500/- including the billed and un billed. Now, for the current month, the billed usage crossed 1500/- and unbilled about 1000/- and still no one cares from RIM for the overshooting...i cant say overshooting because it seems i haven't yet crossed my credit limit as yet.

the war is nearly over to claim the whole 'second' as a pulse, now it is going to spill over to fractions of the '' as apulse. ITs really a huge phenomenon as other mobile subscribing markets are not facing such stiff competition... As i always say.. Let's Celebrate.. More the merrier.

nokia CC is a bit aloof in the metros as i have found but in a city like Aurangabad, it was with a human touch to solve the problem. overall, its not something you will look forward to..

now what i would love to know is.. how to activate the modem to connect to internet. CC guys do not have any idea about the same. whenever i have tried to connect tot the net,, the error message shows that 'remote computer has refused or closed the connection'. any suggestions for the same.

i have bought this handset in the past week. it looks plasticky.. all right. it feels that way too. i am not sure when the matt finish on the keypad may come off, i am a but scepticle about it. i am trying to connect to internet but the settings are not perfect..it seems. may be i will have to do some trouble shooting. with use of at least four days.. i can very confidently say that.. 1. if you are prone to use of 10 minutes of talk time then the battery back up will last not more that 2 days. 2. battery gives only two warnings and in the third the phone shuts down. 3. in the above sceb=nario, if you dont have a plug point or the additional battery --that too fully charged. theen you are gone with with the tune off handset..spice making a mockery of you. 4. If you want to add files or any such thing in the handsets memory then you have to choose the mass storage option and guess what.. the phone shuts down and then only you can proceed. so forget about any incoming calls while you are feeding the phone with your favourites. well i have adjuested and in two days i have to get up once in the night and replace the charged battery with the empty one. this way.. i have mental peace. camera is nothing to talk about, it an un necessary appendage.

had a dekho at the handset. the feel is very plasticky. It is supposed to be a modern version of d88n but can not seem to want to get my hands on it. anybody else had any such/ other kind of experience. again, all the modem drivers are in the card, which the retailer assured me that can be transferred to any other memory card upgrade but not in the phone self. interesting.

the battery will cost about the same as p.k daga has told for 6 cell i guess. you need to worry more about being genuine and compatibility part for 9 cell. 9 cell will cost more.

Pl. accept my apologies for the attachment. but before i did attach it a thorough scan was performed by kaspersky and it was not found to be infected. it seemed to be a calling card. i am still having the problem. can anyone pl. help in this matter. if not i will not raise the query again. thanks.

i had posted a query regarding the (Read me)Pendekar blank.txt. This file seems to be from a virus or a result of virus. I tried to search on the net but could nt find any worthwhile solution. For the experts here i tried to upload the file in the topic.. but since then the tpic ..it seems was taken off the board. Can you give me some details on the issue. i am getting error messages continuously and the system has gotten very slow too.. the trojan program that the error message referes to is Trojan.Win3.KillAV.nh. also another error message is "The application or DLL c:\\windows/system32\tg322750.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette" the problem is i dont have any original diskette with me as this laptop was received with XP home preloaded and without a diskette. kindly help.
