this is a good move, may be another thing can also be added like " sellers feedback/ reputation from the buyers'. this will encourage people who buy to give honest replies and warn if the deal is not adhered to. This will also keep sellers on their toes to give a good service and increase sale.

has there been default in terms of payment or delievery of the goods/ services. If i have to notice then it the trend for active members to buy or sell items either new or old... It may be too hasty to think of restrictions and go about it. if i am not wrong then similar attempts were made in a foreign state too at a much higher cost and after a feasibility study it was dropped like a hot potato. 50 cr is peanuts for such a large scale operation and 'maintenance', if it is for a once and forget thing then it s okay. like the garbage beans, new-stylish-improved and all were fitted at numerous places in mumbai.. and what do you find now is just the pole where the bin was fitted. those beans have been ripped off... with no replacement. i dont understand why the metal rod was also not taken to be sold in scrap!!! this is an extreme example but then i feel the projected estimate is too meager for this kind of infrastructure..

i am not aware of any such stipulation for consumer courts. You can defend yourselves or accuse others but advocates are preferred to understand the severity of the legal issues involved. While this is the work an advocate do for a living so he can be assumed as an expert while on the other hand you are prosecuting because of the genuine harassement with no legal expertise. i guess the point is clear now.

i have tried to get my hands on the evdo availability in maharashtra. but i could not get the list. those lists which are avalable are not at all adequate and not updated as well. Can you believe one of the list widely circulated as the exhaustive guide to the bsnl evdo coverage does not include Maharashtra!!!! can anybody put some light on this... i can make do with locational coverage in maharashtra.... ( and what do you mean by head end and dead end ) now it seems the ev do card prices have come down to 2800/- in maharashtra. activation-250, 150 for rental if taken on rent. but the plans were not given by the call center employeee... again who did not had it!!! un aware about the speeds as well...
