After looking for a solution, i found the problem. It seems when the number got transferred from this handset to another one, the update for motorola in the system was made as 'DOA'. That is the problem. Now, the solution to for a start is to release the handset. Another problem, it does not have RSN but ESN and as somebody puts it from RIM CC that the ESN is not long enough to be the "ESN".. Lets see, may be in the next feww days something should come up.
