Guys.. I have got my handset repaired from a local guy for 500/- including the chines battery. I could not get an original one as didnt find/ not much time. Its given me a standby time of 15+ hrs mostly in that part of the house where signal strength is very low or non existent. will be trying it out for talktime from tommo onwards.. i have another handset again without battery i will try to revive it and may use for garuda with unlimited internet pack... lets see. if everything goes well.

there's no need to be shy to tell that u r on dial up as many so called 'broadbands' give worse speed than dial up. so true. i have mtnl triband and it is giving me 20kbps. I start a download of abt 100mb and go to sleep by the time it is abt to finish, i wake up and start another download..and again go to..... how come you have got bsnl connection in mumbai? or is it a silly question.

Internet use wont be there with classic. There are ery few options in the fashion i will be using the handset. mainly i will receive calls and use it for rconnect. thats it.

second handset will again cost me the same, if not more... I just want something to receive calls and internet use. while i have this body with me and needs some repairs..

this is getting way way OFF TOPIC. now we dont have discuss windos and MAC both the platforms are different, and this could be separate thread. why dont you guys keep it to the I Phone. Respect everybody's opinion and everybody will respect your's, No matter how rivial the reason is to hate I Phone. Its a new product and may not be able to fulfill all the expectations. but still it is a start. let it be product centric and not presonality centric.

as it is with all reliance initiatives, this will also take some time to get it on their website. lets hope by the time it gets listed , tata may relaunch its products.. sooner the better.

@prawin Thats the problem my dear friend. BSNL doesn't have services in Mumbai. In Mumbai their is MTNL. Our friend COOPERCO2 will not be able to use this data card of BSNL because this card doesn't work in roaming. @cooperco2 My dear friend I think the option of Rs.2850/- data card will also good for you. As their must not be any data transfer speed difference in Rs.2850/- or Rs.4000/- data cards in my point of view, because both the cards work on same CDMA platform. Otherwise you can wait for MTNL to launch the same card in Mumbai. But their is no news from MTNL to launch this card in Mumbai & Delhi as of now. Regards. MTNL is currently pushing for Triband and its network for CDMA is not too much to talk about. and my information was more so based on the post here http://www.rimweb.in/forums/index.php?showtopic=9650 by kams19 saying that the data part works but the voice doesnt. Lastly Its not "COO" but "COPP" i.e Copperco2 come on guys ..... mine is a unique name..
