so u got the phone for rs.190/-day.. do u wish to try and escalate the matter to the head of customer service? may be newspaper like mid day.. they try to contact the company official and get a feedback.. and yes if the fault was in manufacturing then it should get replaced i.e. if the service center cannot do it and states the reason as manufacturing defect.

yeah the best and cost effective way.. the only thing is that it may not be an updated one.

i am having a problem with my handset, in the middle of the call it suddenly goes blank except the battery sign and then again gets normal. this remains for more than a couple of second. happeningvery frequently.. anybody suggest me how to avoid it...

need to have a USB cable to do it, then you can manually set up a connection. no need to have rcon software to be secific. the cable you can get for anything betwen 250-400/- anything more will be overcharging.

this will be the start of things to come like a FREE handset with a postpaid plan with a lock in period. like DAPO.

this is just something that is been done before by reliance but not advertised on such a scale. I had seen some classic handsets priced at rs.750 with a postpaid connection at mumbai central. Seems now this scheme only available previously at mumbai central will be available across the world in India.

I am new to the torrent issue. Just went thru 'bittorrent' and it says to install the bit torrent client. how safe is to install something like this...and which is the best torrent site then.. desi torrent does not load on mozilla, and demonoid takes too long to respond.. DTH is the happening thing but guys have yu realised how cost effective the local cable wallah STB is. Flat rate of 1800/-p.a. including the STB and all the pay channels... at least most of them and if i want ALL then it too will not cost 2800/- including the STB, picture quality is also good.

it means you want to outsource a business process that is integral to their functioning i.e. a BPO. there are n number of companies doing just that.. for e.g. call center, software dev firm elaborate- software dev firm will pitch tot he client about its expertise and infrastructure.., the cliebt will agree and instead of a fixed remuneration it will go for a hours the person will work.. for e.g. if say $1*8 hrs i.e. 8$ per day, if the client wants to scrap the project then it will give a notice and terminate the contract. now the main issue is when you are getting 8$ per day, you employ somebody who wiull say work for 4 or 5$ per day.. this is the process you will have to undertake. now if you want to estblish such business then i understand that you have verry verry deeeep pockets full of cash or bankers ready to bankroll your project.. whu worry in such case, hire an experienced erson..designate him CEO pay him TOP DOLLER and ask him to implement the project.. and you are done , you ill just have to monitor the project, he will take care of everything, i mean everything.. (i forgot to mention- the most imp. work you have to do is hire a capable person.)

yes. you pl. do as suggested by arun. This will certainly help to resolve the matter. and for that sales guy.. call him up and tell him that you want to buy more data cards in addition to those not delievered and ask him for a meeting. well you know what to do if he turnns up... sweetly tell him that more orders can only be confirmed as and when he delievers the remaining of your orders and make sure that the Carrot you hang out to him is certainly much bigger than what is un delievered... I have tried this in some cases ofcourse not related to this one and it works.. but foremost escalete the issue as per Arun
