even the battery id bl-4c with talktime given is upto 2.5 hrs. with reliance network as it is .. wonder how long it will go on.. seems a version of 2865 which is again a version of ....

Guys. This topic has been initiated to discuss the applications that can run on 2865. For the matter we have tried excel and know that it can be put in but cann not be edited. If you know of any such applications , that you think can and will run on 2865 do discuss it here with Guys.

can we have the moderators on messenger any one google or windows live. it would facilitate a quick interaction. for that matter why not have a interface of a chat room. like.. for all the rimweb members.

may be it is better to keep it in the freezer. .if u take it out. it might melt. at least the battery will do melt. this one feature LG will never be able to change for serious users.

well. what you can do is first upload a video in your handset then go in settings-profile-choose profile-personalise-incoming call video 'on'- activate the profile you are all set buddy make sure the video had good sound quality because then after activating video the ringtone automatically turns off and the sound coming from the video is taken as a ringtone. if you have got any videos do share them with us

yes you are right. we are no less. but then we are also one of the most cost conscious breed in this world and this way i guess ADA is taking this route to get into the life of people make them a addict and then cajole them to upgrade. which takes a lot of time. and with lot ess signal strength the battery runs out on us (Addict DA ) this logic overlooks ppl like us who are willing to pay but do not like the handset or do not attache the same value to handsets as by ADA lets hope 6275i makes a entry into this world at the right price and makes way for many more and far better handsets for us

whats the difference in .aac and .amr and can you throw some light on .jar files i hace come across to word.jar and excel.jar files on malox.net pl. help

its not only that the handsets are cheaper but the call charges are exhorbiant in US . Considering India distinction of having the lowest call charges in the world. thats is the reason why the handsets are not that cheap compared to US What do u say..

Guys. All those who wanted to play mp3 ringtones on 2865 can now try to save the files as .amr while downloading itself. this will then play on the handset as a ringtone. DO let me know if there are any problems

I guess in US handsets are cheaper because it is given free with the connection which has a lock in period of two to three years and it is not easy to get out of. tell me if i am wrong.
