I am not sure about the payout but then they are also not asking about the ccard details as of now. No harm at least trying them..

These days most of the networks provide fiber optic cables and deemed to be faster.. ofcourse where the network spread is not there then may be they will provide on the old and trusty copper.. I had done some research couple of years back.. that time Leased lines used to be super prime but not so right now.. One of the option would be satellite based broadband the kind provided by hughes and tata. Others can also be in this domain but i am not aware.. Hughes pl check the link as they have some scheme going on..
