AADHAR is totally different from PAN. I wonder of NN even knows what exactly he is going to have in his hands when he is done with it. -
Drawing the attention of all... Don't make the mistake of buying one of those and regret later...All Chinese Androids...Because... -Almost all have 400 Mhz Processor...Android Won't run smoothly. -Resistive Touchscreens...100% Fun of Android in Touch, Pinch, Zoom & Gestures can't be enjoyed -GPRS and Some with Edge...No 3G -USB Port works as charging only in most -Mediatek Chipset... Same in All Chinese Dual Sims... -Some provide access to different Android Apps Market than Google's Standard App Market -No website of manufacturer...No Support..No Updates...After buying you are on your own.. I Have Ported My Number To....
copperco2 replied to dkaile's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
Date: January 30, 2011. Time: 4:30 pm. On the deck of the MV Nordlake off Mumbai harbour - Captain: "This mobile phone service is horrible - I just can't get through to the cute lady I met at Mondegar's last night. I NEED TO PORT!" A few minutes later, he looks up from his mobile phone to see his vessel has turned to port and is heading straight towards the INS Vindhyagiri. Captain: "Fools! We're headed straight for that frigate!" Sailor at the helm: "But Captain, you asked us to turn towards port!" And thus, the Captain of the MV Nordlake achieved what has been every Pakistani naval captain's favourite wet dream ever since the Indian Navy caught the Pakistanis with their pants down at Karachi in 1971 - that of sinking an Indian Navy ship. hilarious.. thanks chow hound. -

can the broadband+ be ported? -
there is one emerging payment gateway that is scheduled to open in 2011 and currently in beta mode Paybox Currently they are in learning mode kinda dry run and offering $25 to everyone who signs up with them. I am not sure about the payout but then they are also not asking about the ccard details as of now. No harm at least trying them..

Externally powered? Has to be. But this makes it bulky... not at all useful for travel.. slip in and walk out. -
gifting a teenager has to be very thoughful. It has to be the in thing as well as should not feel preachy. A nouvelty item that also has some purpose.. just let it hang in for c couple of days and you will certainly find it.

Internet Via Leased Line
copperco2 replied to StaticElectricity's topic in Other Broadband Discussion
These days most of the networks provide fiber optic cables and deemed to be faster.. ofcourse where the network spread is not there then may be they will provide on the old and trusty copper.. I had done some research couple of years back.. that time Leased lines used to be super prime but not so right now.. One of the option would be satellite based broadband the kind provided by hughes and tata. Others can also be in this domain but i am not aware.. Hughes pl check the link as they have some scheme going on.. -
good entry level handsets.
