BSNL gives seamless roaming for its 3 G customers so EVSO should not be a problem provided MTNL backbone supports the same in the areas it is proposed to avail the service.

i would love to speak to this guy dealing in such vehicles.. Delhi as well Nagpur and around is preferred..

i believe you have the requisite permissions in hand..from the government. Without that it will be impossible. If you wish to take the permissions during the session, then it is a difficult situation for the enrolled students and officials may provide additional hurdles to overcome...

Toshiba has broken away from the pack and has charted a totally new course in which it could be the market leader.. But the price is a deterrant, i believe the processor mentioned in the specifications is also available from a chines vendor and the pricing is between 4k to 9k.. Toshiba could well do away with the for 'elite' tag in this particular segment..

pre paid to pre paid is possible but then you loose the account balance and have to start afresh.. or changeover to prepaid of another service provider and then go for postpaid plan by giving the requisite service charges.. but get the confirmation from the service provider on this move.. first.
