    Am trying to move to Airtel from Tata DOCOMO. The request got rejected saying that "Incorrect UPC has been submitted". I have verified in the Airtel Showroom and the correct UPC was sent by the Airtel Guys. Probably, this is one more way the Telcos are using to avoid customers porting out.
  14. I have placed an order for Morphy Richards Toaster on Letsbuy.com. I have also redeemed the voucher i had purchased on dealsandyou.com. I have placed the order on sunday evening. Just called the customer care, they confirmed they have received the payment from the bank yesterday and the order is in process. The product would be received in 4-7 days. Got to wait and see.

    You could use RMVB player to which you can connect your Pendrive/external HDD/ SD card. A variant of RMVB player has HDMI output too. Nowadays am watching the downloaded movies using the same RMVB player.I have bought it in KL, Malaysia.   16. Hello All, Could anyone help me with the procedure to chanege the reliance mobile number assigned to Treo 755p? I have currently configured the number that was working with Nokia 6265. Now I would like to configure a number that is on LG 6235 or Nokia 6125. Also, is there a procedure to copy the phone book from the above phones? Thanks in Advance, Uday.
  17. I have just updated my Treo with the new update 1.08. after update i have observed that hte PRL version has changed from '2' to '60612' now. I remember that after updating the PRL with a fix for raoming issue the version was '2'. Could @dkaile or doc muf or @sadikk let me know if i have to update the prl again to have my phone working fine while roaming? Appreciate all of you for your time and making this forum a wonderful one. Uday.
  18. THanks for the reply dkaile. Appreciate everyone on this forum for their patience and passion. I will use my 6265 with other RUIM. I was only concerned if there would be any issues as the settings of 6265 have been c****d on to the Treo. Thanks once again.
  19. simple..just go to phone -options-phone info -prl version or dial ##786# before update my prl version was 65535 now it is 2 Thanks Mufaddal. I have just checked and my PRL version is 2. I was using 6265 before Treo. I want to get 6265 activated for another number. Can i do that or are any settings on the Treo dependent on the 6265 which would restrict me from getting another number activated on 6265?
  20. i have tried the copied the prl files via hot sync and followed the steps mentioned by @dkaile for updating the prl. how to check if the prl is updated or not?
  21. @dkaile & @mufaddal_km, thank you for the reply to my queries. 1. I have successfully updated the ROM to 1.07. 2. Now am able to connect to the internet. [earlier i did not untick the mobile IP ] 3. I'm using Palm Desktop and Hot Sync for synchronizing. I have place the files required for PRL updation on the Palm Quick Install and HotSynced the Treo. As per the logs the files have been copied on to treo. i will have to figure out where they have been copied to on the treo. 4. I'm unable to sync the contacts on 6265 on to my PC using bluetooth. Might be i have to try with a data cable. 5. I could not find the NV Backup file to change the name. Could you help me to locate the same on the device/pc? Thanks for your patience. Uday.
  22. hello all, I have happened to buy a treo from Sadikk around a month back. Yet to start using it full fledgedly. I have gone thru all the pages on this forum but could not get answers to all my queries. Could you guide me to the right posts (if i have missed) or help me out with the solutions? Thanks in advance. 1. I have seen that the version of the ROM on my handset is 1.04. Do you advice upgrading it to 1.07 ? 2. Could you somebody help me with the procedure to get the contacts from my 6265 to Treo? 3. I have tried making the settings for the netconnection as per the instructions on this forum but whenever i try to connect to the net I end up with an error 0x7301. 4. When my treo is connected to the Reliance network, I see "Reliance" on the top left corner. Is it possible to change this to a different one, say put my name, etc. Thanks Again, Uday.

Would all these support Rworld so i can use yahoo messenger,etc.? Ans.Rworld opens as a webpage with all 3 handsets but better with Mogul 2. Would these support Rconnect so that I can connect my PC to internet using this phone? Ans. Yes, all 3. Would all these support expandable memory? Ans. Yes, upto 4 GB (without problem)/8GB as Mini SD on Treo and upto 16GB as Micro SD with Mogul 4. Would all these support MMS? Ans. No, Reliance problem 5. Would all these support video recording? Ans. Yes, all 6. Among the 3 handsets what is your choice? Ans. If Net browsing is your priority then Mogul (which is my primary handset), otherwise as a phone you cant beat Treo, my wife is using it, (but browsing is quite weak on Treo), Touch has no wi-fi like treo, so its last, but its lightest due to absence of any keys (all touchscreen) 7. Would any of these support synchronization with MS-Outlook? Ans. All 8. Would any of these have built in browser for browsing internet? Ans. All This is a great forum. Thanks everyone..
