I m asking about PC to Phone Calls. It is possible to call in any other country with your PC. The website (I don't know the website name) issue the cards with which you can talk 5 minute in any other country. But If you renew your ip as it is from another country then u r able to call in India. Find the way.

In XP u have to option to change the number of COM port if no other application the other com port number. When I install my usb data cable driver then its port was 7. Then i fix it as com 4 for using unicdma. Go to- My computer->properties->hardware->device manager->select your port->properties->port setting-> advance and fix your com port to an anoter number.
