I faced the same problem yesterday night from 10pm to around 2am.No outgoing calls were connecting,not even to *367 or *369.I was not even getting any error messages, just engage tone. However,I was able to receive calls and send messages. By today morning,it seems to be all ok.

From what I read on net ,what I understand (my understanding is limited and should not be relied upon) is that an open forum is protected under the legal concept called "common carrier." If you allow people a place to post things and don't make editorial decisions favoring one type of post over another, the organization responsible for forum, cannot (in most circumstances) be held legally responsible for the content of postings. But since rimweb moderates posts,it may be held responsible for things that are posted to it.

No, I'm not. You are pointing out the drawbacks of LG models.I was pointing there are still people out there to buy those crippled (in your opinion) handsets because they can't afford a better model,people who don't need wap,bluetooth,IR,FM or any of those things.

If no one wanted those cheap LG handsets, why would they go for it when reliance offers these handsets to them?Why wouldn't they go for the kyocera or Nokia sets? Man, you may be able to afford high end handsets but there are millions out there who cannot. And for a very low end customer, there is a no way he can get a handset for less than Rs.1600/- other than through reliance.

And I didn't believe the webworld CC guys when they showed me the list of multiple NLD SMSes to numbers for which I was charged when in fact I had sent only one SMS to those numbers.So if you are not under any free SMS scheme you end up paying for those multiple SMSes!!!

From today ,I am getting the error message "Content type is .Do you want to save or display this file?" and it displays the source html code when viewed in text browsers like lynx,links etc. This is the response header got from rimweb.
