may be rakesh, u r right. But one thing is for sure that they do have very good relations with top govt officials! Any way, good move, nice business strategy and also good for so many people.

yupp Saurav, me too! Infact, I tried calling custservice for the same and they said it's because of some upgradation(which I think they do it most of the time!) that there are some problems. And even if u callup their cust service, there's a recorded msg and it sys that there's some upgradation going on to provide "superior services" and that's why u might face some problems accessing some pages of rworld. try resetting it, might work, but gives error messege on some applications.

Yeah, but I have an idea. IBP does support polling right? We can use that and ask ppl to vote for the best tones, and in that way I'm sure a top10 list, or something of that sort can be decided. What do ya thing?

hi ppl, this is a tip to improvise the rintones that ppl have uploaded here. don't u think that we should rate the rintones that have been uploaded? may be on the basis of downloads, or ppls requests? etc... this would help ppl - like me, to select from the best rintones our fellow rimweb members have created. and would give in easy access to choose from so many tones avail... and this would enable us to select good tones without browsing thru so many pages and going thru so many posts. arun, or any other admins.... what do ya think?

hi guys, RIMppl have finally come up with a faccility to send group sms. It's avail in R-world->New Arrivals->SMS to Many Using this facility u can snd sms to many ppl and v-crds to many ppl. The charges are gonna be per sms(asper ur bill plan). So finally they have a group sms feature, a boon for ppl with free sms!!!

i tried the 1237 again yst and it says "thanks for being a part of testing of ringtone service-rworld team" has anyone got the same error or have they moved the 1237 to something else?

Yeah, I would say that the migration was pretty smooth... I didnt face any inconvinience technically.... apart from informing ppl abt my new#..........

DID U TRY TO CONTACT RIM PPL AND FIND OUT WHY HAVE THEY CHARGED RCONNECT CHARGES THOUGH U DON'T USE IT? I WENT TO WW, AND THEY SD IT'S RS 5/- PER TONE....
