    There are a lot of companies for RO these days. It is not necessary that brand is always good. I supply material to a lot of RO making companies. Majority of the brands do not manufacture Ro's themselves. They have different moulders assigned for manufacturing them and in the end label them. The same factory produces RO's for multiple brands. That's how it is. Dheeraj ji's experiment was the best. If somehow you have the knowledge of basic parts of RO you can have an RO for a very cheap price. They start from around 3K. The main thing in the RO is the RO membrane. In my opinion the one's manufactured by LG Dow of USA are the best. There is another US company whose name starts with 'V' (I dont remember the exact name) which supplies RO membranes. Even you have already purchased an RO you can easily replace the membranes. The membrane actually costs around Rs. 700 but is sold in the market from Rs. 1500 above. Water is our dire necessity and in today's condition I think that having an RO is a must. Manuj Gupta

    Please suggest a good and stable custom sense rom for Dinc. I am on leaked GB rom, but off late the camera has started to give major problems. Phone freezes after a shot and restart after a minute. Thanks in advance Manuj Gupta
  4. I hope that you have bought the digitiser along with the housing. If so, then it is pretty easy and can be done yourself. Search for videos on youtube. You will find many and they can easily guide you. I did the same and faced no problem in changing it. Sample link: Manuj Gupta

    @varun: Yes you can. I had updated to leaked GB with S - On. If you want to only install various apps, then you can just root your phone, whereas if you want to experiment with different ROM's then you must root, downgrade, achieve S - Off and then update back to GB. Manuj Gupta
  10. Hi All, I have just shifted to a new office and it has a Netgear 16 Port 10/110 Switch installed which puts all the computers in office in a network. I donot have any dedicated server in my office. I have a Samsung all in one SCX-4521F. It is usb printer and I want to put this also in the network . Kindly suggest me the way to do this. I have read about USB print servers through which this can be done. If so, please help me in selecting correct hardware to but for this purpose. Thanks in advance Manuj Gupta

    @mujeebrehman: Happy to help. The instructions are very good and exact. Just download all the stuff before starting. Also, you will not miss on anything if you keep S-On. However if you want to experiment with other ROMS, then you will have to achieve S-Off on your Dinc. Manuj Gupta

    Finally have EVDO on my DInc. Thanks to Sadik Bhai for the same. Had updated my phone to the leaked Gingerbread update with S-On. Finally have it rooted also and achieved S-Off. Loaded Cyanogen CM7, but did not like it at all. Though the ROM was really fast, but missed HTC sense a lot, specifically the smart dialer. Please tell me a good and stable GB rom which contains Sense 3.0 or above. Thanks in advance Manuj Gupta

  15. Even i had won at letsbuy. Had bought a screen protector for Rs. 145.00. Received a mail the same day evening that my purchase is free and the money will be refunded in my account after 7 days. @Caringlover: Please have a look at the stores of Mom & Me.   19. Finally received the Moto Defy from letsbuy...Prompt delivery and good packaging. Phone looks good and was able to set it up immediately. Have the following two issues with the phone: Colours on the screen look really pale in front of my Incredible. Am not able to add my facebook contacts and link them to the regular contacts. Am able to login into the facebook application but the facebook option does not not appear under the synchronize account option. This is really annoying. Please help me with the above issues.   21. @rajanmehta: Thanks a lot for all the help. Have finally bought Moto Defy from Letsbuy @ 14199 as suggested by you. What made me decide against Mini Pro was its battery and weight. The phone has very bad reviews for its battery life. Checked out the phone at Gaffar Market in Delhi. It was available for Rs. 14500 with bill and 1 year warranty in white colour. The handset felt really heavy compared to my Incredible. Thanks Manuj
  22. @rajanmehta Thanks a lot Rajan Bhai for your help. Though am confused between the Defy and Mini Pro now. Have read a lot about both of them on the net. Many people have raised concern about the battery of the Mini Pro and the screen size. Have read that the screens size does pose limitations for many applications to be run on it Also the seller on letsbuy does not mention the colour of the handset.     @mujeeb: I too had my sms's backed up, but its annoying to wake up and see that all your sms are gone and then waste time on restoring them. I faced my first issue with the leaked ROM. My DInc crashed couple of time while using the camera. The screen froze for a minute and then the phone shut down. On restarting everything was back to normal. This has happened twice till now. Anybody else has also faced this issue? Manuj Gupta

    @Vinay: Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Prefixer has absolutely solved my problem. @Mujeeb: My phone was not rooted, hence S-On. Also there is increase in the speed of my phone. Have not seen any drastic difference in the battery life of the phone. The main reason for my update was that all my messages used to get deleted now and then. It was a known issue with DInc and many people had that problem. Could not find any solution for that. Hope that after this update that problem would be solved.
