1) hey this plan is not mentioned on their Delhi website 2) yup but we would get a conformation within a two weeks time given that BSNL wont launch the pakage on time ie 1 may 2006 3) seeing the past records of BSNL and MTNL, if BSNL launched this kind of pakage for say 900 MTNL will have the same pakage for say 1k thats good enough for me since im paying more than that to sify for their unlimited pakage 4) i have been trackin this guys posts on that blog since a long time!!! so i dont think it would be a hoax but who knows, i wish that u are wrong :'( and so do all of us here EDIT :- some refrences http://sifybroadband.techwhack.com/category/bsnl-broadband/ check out the 29th Mar 2006 post on this page by Abhishek

1) thanks man for this idea ! i wanted to c yahoo mail beta since many days I dont get this page! was it becoz i have a .yahoo.co.in account?Tried wid another Yahoo.com account and i got the Beta. I'm disappointed! Both MSN Live and Yahoo Beta are straight stripped off versions of MS Outlook! Nothing new!! I switched back to the old version. 2)yup its totally f*c*ed and the worst case is with windows live mail it dosent support firefox i would rate them three as 1) GMAIL 2) yahoo mail 3) any other mail exept windows live mail i was sick of windows live mail and so i opted out of beta still i can surely say GMAIL the best amongst the three !! what say ??

Could I have my head swelled up here? The officer himself is going to mail me back! So now, the spelling mistakes are gone; grammatical bloopers remain. Surely, someone has read the previous posts! i think people will take broadband till 1200 - 1300 + tax coz lets face it AIRTEL + TATA + RELIANCE infocomm does not have that much coverage area as bsnl + mtnl!! they might get all the customers where there people are not present, mumbai being one area where all of these three have not even started broadband operations! @least not in my area. airtel i have heard is best but saddly these people are only intrested in northern india!! mumbai is not in their map

hey guys could u help me outta this problem heres what i basically need a public ip these are the options i have 1) change to a isp which provides a free public ip as pacenet is the only other ISP avaliable in my area and it charges RS 6000 a YEAR for a pub ip so this is not a solution 2) leave a public ip once and 4 all other solution what i have thought of in which i need a major help i already have a sify 256k night unlimited connection with a pvt IP MTNL offers triband 256k connection with a public IP http://mumbai.mtnl.net.in/triband/htm/tariff.htm the scheme which i am looking for is DSL MTNL in which we pay as per usage so min monthly charges in which is 80 RS RENT for CPE rest depends on ur usage what i need to know is there any way to connect these two internet connection on a single PC and make both work @ the same time 1) i just want to be connected to my PC from outside 2) the only download and upload MTNl should do is which i request from outside rest should be handled by SIFY <-- since MTNL charges for downloads i cant use MTNL for regular DOWNLOADS + UPLOADS SEEMS to be conplicated to understand , isint it?
