Uncompress the archive - it'll not work (it'll extract - all files, including exe's with corresponding icons - but when you run the exe you'll realize that all the data in the executable / other data files have been zero blanked except the headers . BAD ESN is network specific... A customer in collections and blocked by the network / a lost or stolen reported handset gets a BAD ESN Tag. The said handsets can be activated on other operators - provided they co-operate. BAD ESN handsets can easily be made to work here in india ... remember the 6700s
