@milind2517 Is it possiable to send sms from pc connecting the handset? Yeps !! use SMS cool or Jeyo Outlook extender can the received sms be stored in pc.. yeps ... Jeyo to help ! what is the sms storage limit. on what ??? the handset ? I have about 1412 in the inbox as of today ... no cribbing ... Some tiny tweaks though! would love a less cluttered desk screen - removing the items from "today" under settings do not seem to do the work... couple of apps - i guess I need to re-key their registerations resco etc .... loved the sms + contacts backup in built - but some more apps i could recommend include - auto sms reply 2, and ateksoft cool cam..

I know pal ... but I had made a auto sync when I used the Kyocera 7135 and certain Sony GSM handsets .. I had made something like the vista sidebar ... where all the PC sync's / Auto syncs / pocket desktop / palm sync and SE Desktop were integrated. a common listener watched the USB and the moment a device was connected based on the device ID, the application concerned used to be initiated and the the parent application gave control to the child for complete USB access. The only reason why I could not make the app distributable was the lack of time to improve the interface etc and now I've even sold the lappy where I tried all this ... If MS could add it up ... nothing like it !!!

Not sure about BSNL ... I used MTNL's Garuda ... and trust me ... the disconnections and Speeds "SCUKED" way worse than even browsing thro GPRS ... But somehow I've a feeling that Reliance might start offering Unltd GPRS + Comp based browsing on its GSM circles (based on rumors) no concrete info for CDMA though! cheers ashok
