Narayana College... then moved to Mumbai ... Amrita Institute of Computer Technology, and Institute of Business Studies and Research .. lots of schools around

The 6275i can be expected way earlier .. prelim tests have been cleared. And I've had the handset for quite sometime now ... (rather sold to someone already ) don't ask how do i manage to get the thingy before it is available cheers ashok

Well friends .... today rimweb has reached a state where .... we have so many users on this forum .... First of all three cheers to the Founder-Admin Arun, and the various mod's who ensure that this forum remains what it is intended to be. In almost every city accross the country ... we are sure to find a Rimweb ian. we keep on meeting these wonderful people from different walks of life .... this thread is intended to write ur feelings about these people ... so that others who did not actually take the step to introduce themselves to people from their own neighbourhood ... will do the same! Programmer with the skill that it takes to be around competitive. Right now pursuing his MCA. wanna play tech squablle ? well catch him mate.... we are mostly seen on the same LAN (same ISP...) so well ... u guys can imagine the kinda stuff that gets exchanged! yeah ... right .. from movies to games and what not! Hates to carry his own bag (expects someone to carry his bags for him... )... and well survives on junk food most of the time, cakes, pizza, chips, kit-kats etc (if any of u interested in junk food intends to go to pune ... contact him ...) There are CDMA booster tabs available ... they are available in lots of places abroad. I do not recollect seeing anything here which can claim to work! cheers ashok

Or just see if you can persuade the Nokia CDMA repair centre chap (I'm not quite sure if it is the same as priority centre... coz i've never gone down over there ... at least for my work) to flash the phone with a RH-17 (the file is freely available ... ) but the hardware needed for the flashing is not ... cheers ashok

The cheap imitation ones are just paint over plastic strips ... do not even bother to look at them ... If you want performance, get a real branded Network booster card / sticker from some reputable place. But hey be prepared to see some considerable loss of battery too !! cheers ashok

naa ... change the emergency numbers to any number u choose, but the billing happens from the MSP's backend .. (frm reliance in this case) so it will not be a free call ... (else do u think anyone would have gone for the free rim2rim schemes ??? for all i know, u would just hardcode the number of ya gal onto the hs ) well .. so that blanks out that question

For every lock there is a key, some legal ... some illegal. What reliance seems to do here is to lock the Promotional talk time to the handsets ESN, so if the ESN of the handset changes the talktime gets blanked out! Now does that give anyone a smart idea? (I'm not saying anything further ) so I do not think it is impossible to actually curb these stupid locks ... experiment for the solution ... I'm sure most of you might have guessed the next stance clue : U have 2 mobiles, one old, one new... Both have their UNIQUE ESN 's and the numbers need to be exchanged, think [banned topic] he he
