And spaming and shouting are not trademarks of this forum. U need not defend the site now, coz if that was a legal site... why do you think it had to be taken offline? If it was a secure transaction gateway, what was a simple "send mail" doing on their feedback / payment page? what about the statement © Nokia India Pvt Ltd ? The phone call conversation i had with a mate at nokia, ensured how true the said site was... and well Cyber Crime dept, is not a bunch of jerks, they have smart brains to smell the right smells... and I sure am busy mailing them. btw a public announcement, spamming and too much caps will be looked at seriously.....that is considered against the rules of the forum. Done in UK ? by which network ? ??? Coz I am in touch with customers from each and every network in UK, ROI and Isle of Mann ... and nowhere have I heard anything like that.. 3, Orange, Sprint, T-mobile, Virgin, Spirit, Vodaphone, O2 ... or any of the other sub players ... no they do not pay u for bringing traffic to ur network. maybe optical10 can confirm about this too... The cable is to be custom made... StaticElectricity is the name of a person, a super mod, on Rimweb. U will have to PM him / email him for a copy of his proggy to test AT Commands... since he has a commercial viablity for his program, I will not be able to provide a copy... contact him... ask him to read this thread and he could possibly oblige.. Well way to go mate .... an answering machine did u say ? Had a similar setup during the golden era of the 2030.... when we used to fiddle around our prized possesions... the blue lighted wonder Do this Use a serial cable, to connect the phone to ur comp. Use a cable like this one to connect the headphone jack of ur phone to the sound card on ur comp. Enable auto receive call(option in QPST as far as 2030 goes) (or) Pass AT thro Hyperterminal (or thro a small program which StaticElectricity has made. ... u can contact him to see if he can make it available... it has some commercial viablity for him) Once the call is over, disconnect the call using ATD (maybe after a timer) Cheers Ashok

well ... really sorry to post so late.. somehow this post had missed my eyes for long... The SIM is an RUIM, and well if they have a RUIM reader-writer, they sure could. an easier alternative would be to take the Phone book from the 2112 by Data cable to ur comp... save the .csv take another nokia hs which supports RUIM.... upload the PB, transfer contacts to RUIM... and use the RUIM in ur TELSON... yeah I know that u do not have a Telson anymore ... but still for others, this might help a little. Pick a call using ATA Disconnect thro ATD and dial thro AT+CDV now these AT commands can be used with any cable.. so not really sure what u mean by wave drivers ... Cheers Ashok
