Follow the HP privacy example ... I've read sometime back in TOI about a technology which was being designed by HP (of course it will not work on current phones), where if u have a phone with the said technology, and someone does not want to be photographed, he/she just needs to wear a "privacy ring", when someone using that phone snaps a pic of this person, the image gets blacked out! Way to go.... but as Redshift pointed out ... a phaseout can be effective. well even anujit has a point there ... I have a watch cam... and well I have taken some FINE snaps with that ... at places where cameras and mobiles are not allowed! well technology is a good master but a bad slave.... using it is left open to the end user ... if that MLA feels that a cam-phone ban is gonna help! god bless her... a cam watch is way cheaper !
