Try cleaning the contacts a little with Isopropyl (After shave lotion / Whiskey )can also be used. Ensure that therez no black / dark greenish formation on the contacts! I think only this cud be the most probable situation. Cheers Ashok

Another EXCELLENT oppurtunity is the CALL RECORDING SETUP which will allow u to record conversations u make on your Reliance India Mobile (onto a cassette / MP3 recorder / Computer) If anyone is seriously interested in the specs. etc... Continuation of the post To reach the keypads (where most of the water logs) seperate the PCB from the keypad body (anterior half of the mobile) Seperate the KeyPad ( U will have to remove it from the grooves and clean them thoroghly...) This is what I use to dry most of my electronics ... nice and real ancient ... but serves the purpose... my drier weighs about 2.7 kilos The next couple of images show the heating part .... Please ensure that u heat the keypad (also ensure that u do not hold the drier at one place for too long .... u have to evenly move your hand throughout the PCB ... such that one place does not over heat) Next seperate the keypads ... and clean them with a clean cloth (u can scrape off the dirt that would have accumlated in the grooves... also.. ) Time to pack up .... please reverse procedure. .. Connect the antenna plug (Red wire to the left when u hold the mobile in the standard position) and press the body back... Screws are to be re-driven (Continued) BTW!!! Thanks a lot Sajo.

Guys ... you could actually set up a Panoramic Photo outlet ... what u will need to do is to take a number of overlapping images of places (360 degrees for a spherical one and 180 for Cylindrical curve) from one stand point. These can be combined to make a panorama snap... comes out real well.... and if u are in someplace like mumbai getting them printed is also not a tough matter... U can view a small priview here Panorama of Kharghar Waterfalls area in Navi Mumbai My first Panorama image (lots of bugs here) Cheers guys and let me know if any1 is trying this out

Well as a matter of fact, the SMS server used to use a site, which is no longer in effective use... please bear with us, while I search around for the wml file that sajo sent me ....
