i have nokia 3125 in which its showing "contact service" in the middle of the screen and none of the buttons are working in tht. when i took it to the mobile repairing shop they told that its some software problem in tht. i cannot receive or make any calls also as there is no network in tht. pls help..

i dont want to change the handset.. can that handset not br repaired
