Yes, U R right In Kerala also BSNL has the stable speed, reliance netconnect too slow and disconnecting many times. BSNL WLL will get from most of their mobile towers, because they promoting WLL connection instead of land line ,which is more expensive we can get data card below 3000 from BSNL and alse EVDO (Broadband) card at 3800

But Friend, Unlimited on BSNL @250.00 PM at 140 kbps Is this better?

If you purchase datacard you can use @0.6/peak 0.3/ ofpeak but BSNL gives unlimited net through CDMA1x with 144 kbps at 250.00 permonth & broadband at 550.00 PM
