    It had happened that sometimes the mail does not go from gmail but when you clear the data, it goes. Never faced an issue where it stuck in outbox but gets delivered also.     but there is an option to change phone # and email address on the website itself after logging onto your netbanking account. The homepage itself has an option to View/Update Contact Details..
