Reliance EVDO Rev B. Multicarrier - Reliance Pro 3
commonman replied to HetalDP's topic in Data services
I am using Delhi CDMA SIM in Kolkata for last 2 years. Recharging with Paytm and official Mmyservicesada. no issues for both. Rev.B on SIM is possible only if Rev.B is offered by reliance. for interconnect through MTS, its not possible. -
I have a CDMA postpaid connection in my mother's name. She has now expired. Want to change it to my wife's name. Is it possible?

what about mts? -
So India is going to have 4G in 800, 1800 and 2300 Mhz and 3G in 900 and 2100 Mhz. It would be real tough to have a phone that works with all.

Reliance Jio - Pan India 4G / LTE network
commonman replied to Arun's topic in Reliance Jio 4G LTE (Prepaid & Postpaid)
Original RIM DAPO subscribers will remember that when it started, it was on Beta mode for about two months and even before commercial operation, normal customers were given connection and we used it for free. Will it be same this time around? I'll keep my fingures crossed. -

Is Android OS going Windows OS way for CDMA services?
commonman replied to sandeep07's topic in General Technical Discussion
now official smartphones are also coming for Indian CDMA. The mobile revolution in India really started in 2002 Dec with Mukesh Ambani launching RIM CDMA, before that incoming calls used to cost Rs.8 a minute and outgoing calls used to cost Rs.12 a minute. May be his 4G initiative, with VoLTE, may again change the way we think of mobile. -

in what ways is it better than LINE/Viber/Skype. even more worrysome is "The chat application, which also offers voice and video calling facilities, works across operators, but will come preloaded with Jio connections once the service is launched" which may indicate trojan or bloatware -
just make sure that the paper does not catch fire due to heat
