    I would suggest Samsung B559. I got 3 of them in my family for last 2 years.<br />Simple user interface. <br />Tough body. (My 4 year old must have thrown it a 1000 times so far)<br />1300 mah battery. Lasts me about 4 to 5 days with moderate use.<br />

  13. I agree with RM ji. In a way MTS is in an advantageous position as it is possibly the only operator interested in additional CDMA spectrum. Reliance and TATA already have their spectum and no other operator is interested. So MTS would use its Russian Govt link to reduce the price of the spectrum.
  14. Same way as 5 free withdrawal per month from other bank ATM is presently implemented. The customer is not charged anything but the service providers settle charges among themselves.

  23. the letter (clause 7) refers to "1800 Mhz auction". MTS CDMA 800 Mhz and as per reports there was no takers for this auction and the Govt is proposed to re-auction. so technically the auction process for 800 Mhz is not yet complete. Clause 8 directs "in case it is going to discontinue services" so the onus of discontinuing service is on SSTL and there is no direction from TRAI to discontinue the service
