It is supposed to have full 3G service with SSL Email client, browser, social networking, mobile TV etc. The ads are all over Delhi. So has anyone used these handsets? How are they? Also, how good is MTNL 3G service?

In terms of card servicing, Stan Chart has the poorest track record with maximum complaints of incorrect service charges, bill not getting delivered in time, etc. As for ICICI, the IMINT program gives practically very little in terms of effective % of return. Citibank Cashback card offers cashback, but only at 1/2 %, and its not free. Deutche Bank Gold card is free and offers cash back with varying % depending on the transaction type, but it has limited branches. ABN Amro offers effective 2% cashback (points adjusted against hotel bills/air/train ticket purchase)but is again not free.

So that became an FIR for theft rather than a simple loss of card. Any theft reported has to be lodged as a case in the case-diary and treated as a pending case by the SHO till it is solved. No wonder they are reluctant to accept the application.

After the activation of SIMPLE plan, for calls to *225 50p is getting deducted from the balance. (personal experience).

the few Fly handsets I have used all suffered from poor quality of earphones which made the basic function of making a call a horrible experience. hope this one is better.
