reloading the pri matching the new roms has SOLVED the issue... hooray to Hetal...

^ only solution that I see which may be worth a try (not guaranteed though) is to do a 786 hard reset; this will even make the phone meid back to its original and you will have to program the phone fully again; kindly try this ONLY if you can reprogram your phone otherwise not; you may also try reverting back to 1.5 firmware rom and downgrade radio also back to original (1.04.01.09.21) which is said to restart data in some cases...

^ I would suggest people to WAIT before jumping to the 2.1 bandwagon right now; as many people are facing issues with data gone kaput on 2.1 roms without any solution... some roms (especially fresh) are causing irrecoverable data corruption...

revert all settings in qpst so as to get your voice etc. working at least... unique problem...

iphone has the BEST multimedia and browsing experience as on date in any phone. Other than that Android beats it at almost everything else. And most of all the RESTRICTIONS imposed by Apple are so prohibitory, especially with the new upgrades coming in, that you will not be able to use any jail broken phones, neither revert back to old os in the future and PAY PAY & PAY for everything to Apple...

^ what I would suggest is that you do a complete WIPE as the previous 2.1 roms were Eris leaks and hence unstable; This one is final Sprint beta release; then load stock sprint radio; you should be good to go; load latest radio as that has dramatically increased battery life also...

The (un) official 2.1 release was leaked out to programmers on 26/3 for final final testing and this seems to be a result of that... the (official) official 2.1 shud also be just around the corner...

but its a choc a block for sure.... be ready for that compromise...

The basic strategy of Sprint to unveil this phone (though we knew about its coming since last 3 months) at this crucial juncture is to discourage prospective customers from shifting to Verizon Nexus 1.... Viase if we keep on waiting, there will be NO END to new launches... every 2-3 months you will se a new and better product coming out... thats why, ascertain your needs and LIVE THE MOMENT.... like right now, I am enjoying the HERO as hell... most capable device and size in Indian Conditions as there is no sight of even 3G, let alone 4G which seems a joke at the moment...

seedhi sadi bhasha mein... Supersonic, Nexus 1 ka baap hai..... lol... mind blowing specs sheet yaar... check the link given by Arun for full specs.... 8MP camera, Dual fronT (1.3mp) camera, HDMI Port, Micro USB, 4G enabled, 4.3" screen.... these things are higher than Nexus 1 in this phone...

No dreaming... this will be here ASAP..... now will have to take decision whether to first try out Verizon N1 or wait another 2-3 months for Sprint Supersonic.... hmmm... tough call...
